From Pooh’s Adventures Wiki

Opening/Donald Duck stuck on Christmas[edit | edit source]

Narrator: One time a year there’s a marvelous night, when enchantment and wonder spark and take flight. Each home fills with joy on this grand holiday, with hearts growing warm in a magical way. The rooms are all covered with garlands and wreaths. The mantle is ready, with stockings beneath. Lights twinkle and glow and bells brightly chime. The moment’s arrived ! It’s here! Christmas time. Three precious gifts lie under this tree, What secrets they hold Let’s look, and we’ll see. The first tells a story for us all to hear...about laughter and family and those we hold dear. We love Christmas so much we want it to stay, but what if we wished it was here every day?

Donald Duck: Anchors away. Full steam ahead. Swab the poop deck.

Goofy: I know, kids. But-- (sniffs the air) Gawrsh, something sure smells mighty tasty.

Ash Ketchum: Uh, Goofy?

Goofy: Yes, Ash?

Ash Ketchum: Your rear end is on fire.

Misty: Yeah, you're sitting on the stove.

(Goofy yells in pain and lands in the sink water. He sighs in relief.)

Littlefoot: Goofy, are you okay?

Goofy: Oh, I'm A-OK, Littlefoot.

Max Goof: But how can a reindeer fly?

Goofy: Oh, that's easy. (gets up) It's those antlers. They, uh-- Well, you know, with the wind and all-- (takes the cookies out of the oven) That there creates lift, and, uh--

Brock: Careful, Goofy, they're hot.

Goofy: (gets his fingers burned) Hot, hot, hot, hot! Hot, hot!

Bugs Bunny: Oh, no!

Daffy Duck: The cookies!

(Daffy gives Max the tray and he catches the cookies on time.)

Max Goof: Still it's alot of work for one guy.

(Goofy dips his hands into the sink water and takes them out.)

Goofy: (takes the tray of cookies) And that's why we leave him these cookies. For a quick pick me up-- (steps on the turkey and slips)

(Kronk pulls out the chair and Goofy lands on it and he catches the tray of cookies.)

Max Goof: But it just doesn't quite make sense, Dad.

(The turkey lands onto Goofy's face.)

Goofy: (muffled) Mmm, chestnuts.

(Ash and his friends laugh in amusement)

Max: Where are we going, dad?
