• King Triton: We never thought this day would come.
• Dave Mallow (Narrator): But trouble goes by the double, especially for Ariel and Melody as the menacing Ursula attacks.
• Ursula (to Ariel and Melody): Surprise!

(They begin to scream)

• Ash Ketchum: Ariel, Melody!
• Rini / Sailor Mini Moon: Ketchum, Wait!

• Dave Mallow (Narrator): Meanwhile Bowser and Dark Specter have other plans for both Atlantica and Angel Grove, and brings back the Oysterizer and the Aquafiend to use the Chaos Emerald and Triton's trident, to drain the water of the Earth, and to take over Atlantica, and use the water to flood Angel Grove

Prologue: A Day at the Beach / Triton and Ariel's Discovery

• Tentomon: Not to mention some of the Monsters, Sora, Donald and Goofy faced while they help the other Rangers Generations, for example "Mighty Morphin", "Zeo", "Turbo" "In Space", "Lost Galaxy" and "Lightspeed Rescue".
• Sora (KH): I agree Crocovile and Bones were only just the beginning, if Bowser, Dark Specter and Queen Beryl are beginning to use some of the Monsters where Karone was Astronema in the past, i'm sure he's planning to bring back some of the Monsters who, Zedd, Rita, Mondo and Divatox brought during my exile and possibly those who almost caused trouble to Terra Venture and Mariner Bay.
• Sophocles: Those monsters who were loyal to Scorpius, Queen Bansheera, Scorpius and Trakeena, we know.
• Luna (Sailor Moon): With any luck they're having problems on their own.

(scene flips)

(Scene: Atlantica)

• King Triton: I know you miss Ash, but that Emerald could bring us trouble to our people, ever since Dark Specter and Queen Beryl have been returned and the New United Alliance of Evil is growing than ever, but there's only thing thing to do (to Sebastian), Sebastian, I want you do me a favor, make a letter to Zordon.
• Sebastian: Of course, Your Majesty.
• Ariel: Ash...

(Scene Fades to Black leading to the Intro)

Receiving an urgent message from King Triton

(Scene after the Intro and the Title Card: Command Center)

• Alpha 5: Ai yi yi. Zordon! Triton, the sea king of Atlantica, has sent us an urgent message! Zordon? Zordon, where are you?!
• Zordon: (appears in his tube.) I'm here, Alpha.
• Alpha 5: Zordon, yikes! You scared the diodes out of me!
• Zordon: I'm sorry, Alpha. I too sensed the attention of King Triton and has sent us a message.
• Alpha 5: But why would he contact us? We know that things in Atlantica should be peaceful, ever since Morgana's death.
• Zordon: Something must be terribly wrong. You must read his message and contact The Rebels, The Avatar League and Pooh and Pals. If Triton is in trouble, we must help him.
• Alpha 5: Yes, Zordon. beginning mail reading now.

• Ash Ketchum: Atlantica!?
• Aisling: We're on our way, Notify Rex and Commander Fordo to get the Command Ship ready for take off, Aisling out.
• Aisling: Duty calls, come on, we'll alert our parents and Korra, you alert the others.
• Ash Ketchum: Right, Let's go Pikachu.

• Princess Peach (OS): Are you sure the Letter is Authentic, Alpha?.
• Alpha 5: Yes, Peach It is Sebastian's Calligraphy, Although it has many spelling errors.

The Villains' Plan

(Scene: Koopa Castle)

• Plankton: So one of the Chaos Emeralds is now in Atlantica?
• Kootie Pie: That's right!, it's now near Triton's kingdom.
• Ursula: That brings me an idea, to get the Emerald, and of course a "Souvenir", King Triton's trident!.
• Bowser Jr: The Trident?
• Bowser Koopa: I think I know the perfect monsters for the job, Finster!, Kamek!, Prepare the Monstermatic and the Re-Animizer, i'm going to need two Monsters for this occasion, Sea Monsters.
• Finster: Glad you asked, Lord Bowser, perhaps you have heard of the Aquafiend.
• Dragaunus: Aquafiend?, Yes, one of Queen Bansheera's former demons, that thing almost dried all of Mariner Bay's Water Supply, by using King Neptune's trident.
• Bowser Koopa: Which brings me an idea, with the Aquafiend, he can steal the Trident, Find the Emerald, Drain all of Atlantica and the Earth's Water Supply, and we conquer Triton's kingdom and to close with a flourish, we summon a flood leading to the destruction of Zordon and the City of Angel Grove!.
• Kamek: I should recommend you also the Oysterizer, with his Pearl of Stillness could bring us an advantage, especially on the Rebels.
• Azula: As long the Rebels, the Avatar League or Triton's daughter and Grandchild out of our way, nothing can stop us now.

(Finster activates the Monstermatic while Eggman prepares the Re-Animizer and brings the Aquafiend and the Oysterizer back)

(The two Monsters go underwater)

• Azula: The Rebels and the Avatar League, have no idea of what they'll wait.

(The Villains Evil Laugh)

• Aisling: The sensors in the Command Center are tightly synchronized with the Gummiphones and Turbo Trackers, it seems that Bowser is going straight to Atlantica as we speak.
• Ash: Let's hope is not too Late.
• Mewtwo: 100 Acre Wood Rebel Alliance: Roll Out!

The Return of the Aquafiend and Oysterizer

(Scene: Powertank)

• Melody: That turtle-like monster is.
• Aisling: Aquafiend, and is a Water Demon.
• Melody: A water demon?
• Artemis: I knew that thing was familiar, he was once one of Queen Bansheera's demons.
• Melody: How did this happen?
• Sora (KH): It all started, while Olympius was still Injured after our last fight after destroying his Star Power.

(Showing Flashbacks of "Sora's Adventures of Power Rangers: Lightspeed Rescue: Neptune's Daughter)

• Sora (KH) (O.S.): Bansheera's lackeys had sent that demon to steal King Neptune's trident a great power source like Triton's trident, their plan was to drain Mariner Bay's Water Supply, to initiate an attack on the Lightspeed Aquabase, Bansheera's ambition had no limits, knowing that I, Donald, Goofy and the Lightspeed Rangers were the only ones who could prevent her from rebuilding her palace.
• Donald Duck (O.S.): Luckily, the King's daughter, a mermaid named Marina knew what was going on and like you and your mother, she had to alert us and our old Lightspeed Rescue partner, Chad Lee.
• Mewtwo: If those things uses Triton's trident with the Chaos Emerald, it would be possible to cause a drought, to Atlantica's and possibly a flooding on Angel Grove.
• Mario: He's has gone too far, we cannot let that happen!.
• Piglet: Don't look now, but he's not alone.
• Izzy Izumi: Piglet's right, Bowser has send another Monster too, look.

(They see Oysterizer in the Analyzer)

• Sora (KH) (O.S.): Oysterizer!
• Amy Anderson / Sailor Mercury: If i'm not mistaken, he was the last of Rita's monsters, long before Lord Zedd arrived and took over her palace.
• Sora (KH): True, the source of his power is the Ecocyte Pearl, it was then Adam's Predecessor our old friend, Zack Taylor found it to use as a gift for Angela, an old classmate of Angel Grove High.
• Mewtwo: I don't know what plan Bowser has in hand, but I'm sure it will be harder to recover the Emerald before them.
• All: Right!
• King Triton: I will alert my daughters and send them to a safe place, in the meantime we must find my Ariel and Melody.
• Tai Kamiya: We'll do.

Surf's Up

• Raphael: Okay, who left the bathtub water running?
• Leonardo: Look. Aisling and Melody.
• Aisling: Ugh! we cannot hold on much longer.

(The Water Drags Aisling and Melody)

• Leonardo: We've got to save the girls.
• Michelangelo: Cowabunga! Surf's up!
• Luigi: Here comes the Cavalry!

(Michelangelo and Luigi rescue Melody and Aisling)

• Luigi (to Melody and Aisling): Got you, Bambina!
• Korra: All together now.
• All: "Whoa!"
• Moonlight Shimmer: Way to go, Guys!
• Michelangelo Hey, it was a radical ride.
• Luigi: Yeah we almost enjoyed it.
• Mimi Tachikawa: One minute there and we almost drowned like rats. Ouch. no offense, Sensei.
• Splinter: An understandable choice of words.
• Michelangelo: But, like, where did that gnarly surf come from?
• Donald Duck: Yeah.
• Donatello: Hmm. There might be a connection between this flood and the Energy Readings coming from the Chaos Emerald and King Triton's trident.
• Ash Ketchum: Aha. So, this is what Bowser, Ursula and Plankton are cooking up.
• Tigger: Yeah. Instant Rebels and Avatar League noodle soup.
• Lana: Take different heroes and just add water.
• Iago: And don't forget the noodles and condiments.

Sea Rescue

• Michelangelo: Slag!, the water level's still rising.
• Aisling: Moonlight and Uncle Donnie had better get back here with the Powertank, and fast.
• Donatello (OS): Ahoy, mateys.
• Moonlight Shimmer: Well, what do you think of the Powertank Speedboat?
• Michelangelo: Mondo conversion, dudette.
• Moonlight Shimmer: We switched the tires and hooked up an outboard motor, while keeping the Powertank's Weaponry Systems.
• Mewtwo: An excellent piece of engineering, Moonlight.
• Tai Kamiya: Next step--to hunt down the Villains and Retrieve the Emerald.
• All: Right!

(The Gummiphone Rings)

• Mallow (Gummiphone) Rebels, come in, Rebels, quick!
• Ash Ketchum: Mallow, where are you?
• Mallow: I'm outside Eric's Boat with Ariel. And I think we're being invited to "lunch" by a huge shark!
• Mario (O.S.): Hang on, Bambina. We'll be right there.
• Aisling: Go ahead, sister.

(The Powertank accelerates)

• Mallow: Hungry, big guy, huh? Um, how about some lettuce, or maybe some yummy carrot sticks?
• Mallow: Say, I'll bet you've never even tasted chickpea beans?.

(The Shark Eats the Boat)

• Ariel: I guess he hates veggies.
• Sora (KH) We'll handle this, Ariel.
• Ariel: Oh, Rebels. Thank goodness you're here.
• Aisling: I. Am. Transformed! (Aisling Transforms into a Vaporeon)

(Aisling and Mario jump to the Water)

• Mario: Telephone call for Mr. Jaws.

[They trap the shark in a phone booth.]

• Aisling (Vaporeon Form): Don't call us. We'll call you.

• Plankton: Oh, at last, our triumph is complete. The Rebels have been swept out of the streets into oblivion.
• Rocksteady Oblivion!? So that's the name of that street.
• Bowser Jr.: What? The Rebels and Triton's daughter live!. Stop the boat!. The water pressure should've crushed them. I can't believe it.
• Rocksteady Me, neither. Those two got a salad bar on their boat.
• Bowser Jr.: Obliterate them!
• Ariel: And you think Bowser and The New United Alliance of Evil are behind this?
• Melody: It makes sense.
• Mario: Not only is they're behind this, their goons are also behind us.
• Bowser Jr.: Rocksteady, toss them a Black Bob-Omb.
• Rocksteady: It's Rebel trashin' time!.
• Mallow: A Black Bob-Omb!
• Luigi: Come on. That boat's about to be tossed salad.
• Aisling: Which of you clowns ordered a salad with a Black Bob-Omb on the side?
• Bowser Jr.: We'll get you for this, Wretched Heroes.
• Team Rocket / Rocksteady and Bebop / Bowser Jr / Plankton: We're blasting off again!

Megazord Battle

• Bowser: Desperate times are going to require desperate measures and that's what I always do, Growth Grenade (Growth Grenade Appears), Make my Monsters Grow!

(Growth Grenade is thrown to earth, while Oysterizer and Aquafiend grow after the Explosion)

• Sora (KH): Ash, go with Eric, and the others and send Ariel and Melody to the water and Retrieve the Emerald, we'll take care of Aquafiend and the Oysterizer.
• Misty: He's right, and besides it's their fight, let's go.
• Ash Ketchum: Right!
• Mewtwo: Let's roll out!, Rebels.

(Ash grabs Ariel and Melody and they go to the Lake with the others)

• Donald Duck: It's time for those two to meet the Ninja Megazord, the Dragonzord and the Mega Winger!
• Sora (KH): Right! You said it, Donald.
• Tommy Oliver: Let's do it!
• Zhane: Mega Winger!

(The Mega Winger Appears)

• Sora / Donald / Goofy / MMPR: WE NEED NINJAZORD POWER NOW!
• Adam Park and Goofy: Black Frog Ninjazord Power Up!

• Aisling: Another Chaos Emerald recovered just in time by the Rebel Alliance and the 100 Acre Avatar League.
• Jiminy Cricket: At least all the water on the planet returns to where it belongs same for Atlantica.
• King Triton: Don't sing victory yet, my friends, Bowser is still a threat to the worlds, knowing that Dark Specter and Queen Beryl are still on the loose and they will try to continue what Astronema started, and that's including on finding the remaining emeralds and the Infinity Stones.
• Sora (KH): King Triton, is right, now that Bowser has in his control several of the monsters that not only, Donald, Goofy and I faced during our exile.
• Mario: If Bowser used one of Bansheera's demons, it is very likely that he has in his possession, several monsters of the past Ranger generations, those who already served Zedd, Rita, Divatox, Mondo, Astronema, Vile, Divatox, Scorpius, and Trakeena.
• Luna (Sailor Moon): Mario is right we were lucky this time, but next time it will be more risky.
• Mallow: Well, now that the Chaos Emerald is in our control, i think it's time for us that we should go back to Angel Grove.
• Serena Tsukino / Sailor Moon: Wait a minute!, Where's Ketchum?
• Pikachu: Pika?
• King Triton: Ariel and Melody wanted to see him alone.
• Gladion: For what?
• King Triton: Just a talk. Nothing too "inappropriate." But don't worry, Sebastian is with them.
• Zazu: Hmm, Nothing "inappropriate".
• Aisling: (Sigh), I know where this is going to go, You can't take your eyes off especially the mermaid of her dreams.
• Misty: I see what you mean Ais, especially if they are married princesses, what's next?, Villainesses?
• Mario: That boy is going to make a lot of fans really jealous.
• Tigger: Oh, I wouldn’t worry about Ashy Boy, Mario. He’s probably having a time of his life with them.
• Korra: He's right, (giggles) You guys should’ve seen him feeling so jealous since the night Ariel first saw Eric.
• Sora, Donald, and Goofy and Everyone: (chuckles)
• Mewtwo: I hope he don't forget where he belongs.
• Good Fairy (O.S.): Even if they are from different worlds Land and Sea, they must have each other as friends.

(Scene: Prince Eric's Castle outside Ash, Melody, Ariel and Sebastian watch the Sunset)

• Ariel: Thanks for saving us, Ash.
• Ash Ketchum: No worries, Ariel. But the real thanks goes to my friends.
• Ariel: I know. But no matter what, I can always count on you.
• Melody: Maybe you should’ve married Ash instead of Dad, huh Mom?
• Ariel: (giggles) Maybe. Maybe not.
• Ash Ketchum: Very funny, Melody.
• Sebastian: Hey, dat’s my line.

• Bowser (to Alise): Don't be so Sure about that.
• Dave Mallow (Narrator): Only the Rebels, the Avatar League, alongside the Power Rangers and the Sailor Scouts can stop this Black Magic Madness before time runs out.
• Prince Derek: We destroyed the Forbidden Arts countless times.
• Ash Ketchum: True, we cannot let history repeat itself.
• Tai Kamiya (O.S.): We lost Odette once, and we cannot let Alise have the same fate as her!
