Uh-Oh, Dynamo/Transcript

• Narrator: The city of Townsville ! (Dramatic pause.) And what a city it is!
• (Camera pans across and turns down to a stadium full of sports fans, with a blimp floating above. The craft bears an electronic message sign, but it is too far away to read.)
• Narrator: Our citizens have made it the pride of the free world. It has it all. (Cut to the museum.) A highbrow museum.
• (Cut to a train platform crowded with people. Mounted above it is a sign: "MAGNETO LEVA-TRAIN.")
• Narrator: Ultra-efficient public transportation.
• (The train pulls in, and the doors open. An attendant on the platform blows a whistle. The crowd quickly piles in and he whistles again. Now the doors close, and the train pulls away. Cut to Townsville Hall.)
• Narrator: An honest local government.
• (Cut to a restaurant—Le Dunne King Donut. On its roof is a replica of the Eiffel Tower, with a doughnut encircling it like a horseshoe. The Mayor’s limousine is parked in front as he and Ms. Bellum are seen exiting it to enter the restaurant.)
• Narrator: Five-star restaurants. (Pokey Oaks Kindergarten.) Advanced learning facilities. (Long shot of the observatory.) Volcano-top observatory. (Malph’s Market.) Fully stocked groceries.
• (A bowling alley—the Bowling Rink, with a pole sign studded with stars. The sound of a ball crashing into pins is heard.)
• Narrator: Bowling! About the only thing it doesn’t have is…
• Professor: Okay, girls, say...
• Girls: Cheese!
• Professor: (takes a picture) One more.
• (Ash, Brock and Misty swim in the water while Pooh Bear, Tigger, Piglet, Rabbit and Eeyore relax.)
• Ash Ketchum: Come in, girls! The water's great!
• Bubbles: No, thank you, Ash.
• Buttercup: We'll come in later on.
• Blossom: Bubbles and I are playing ball. So we'll join you after the game.
• Brock: Okay, girls.
• Misty: Staryu, Goldeen, Politoed, Corsola, Psyduck! Come on out!
• (Then several pictures of kids were taken. Then the heroes and the girls have their pictures taken when Ash playfully holds Bubbles in the water while Blossom, Buttercup, and the heroes swim in the water and having their picnic. Then it changes back to reality where the boy enjoys being in the water but suddenly an eye pops out which caused the kid to cry. Then it reveals to be a giant fish balloon monster it roared which caused the citizens to scream in fright. The professor also screamed in fright.)
• Buttercup: You got to be kidding.

Tigger: Say, what's going on here?

Blossom: Look, guys!

Pooh Bear: What is it, girls?

Bubbles: it's a giant fish monster!

Piglet: A giant fish monster?!

Buttercup: Yeah, Piglet, this monster ruined our fun day.

Ash Ketchum: Sure, giant monsters can ruin everyone's day.

(Then the fish monster blows himself up and get's big, then the monster knocks down the professor, girls and heroes.)

Professor: My babies! My friends!

Blossom: Okay, fish face!

(The girls beat the fish monster.)

Professor: (slow motion) I'm coming!

(The professor runs up to the girls as they continue beating the monster.)

Ash Ketchum: You ready to fry this fish face, Pikachu?

Pikachu: Pika!

(Pikachu thunderbolts the fish monster which caused it to scream in pain. Then, then girls inflate back to it's small size. It smiled sheepishly then Misty angrily kicks it back into the water.)

Misty: And, stay in the water!

Professor: Oh, girls, I thought I was going to lose you.

Rabbit: Oh, Professor, you're worried too much, they're all right.

Ash Ketchum: They're superheroes, remember? I wish you relax.

Pikachu: Pika.

Buttercup: Rabbit and Ash are right. That's what we're supposed to do fight crime and giant monsters.

Blossom: Um, that's super, Professor. But, we don't need a battle robot.

Pooh Bear: The girls really appreciate your offer, Professor. But, protection and a battle robot won't be necessary.

Buttercup: Yeah, we have superpowers, you know?

Professor: Look, girls. Yesterday's horrible, horrible monster fight made me realize something. You girls are everything to me. You are my life, and... and responsible for your safety and protection.

Rabbit: (sighs) For goodness sake, Professor.

Buttercup: Aw, Professor!

Professor: Girls, promise me you'll use it. Promise?

Blossom: Oh...well...okay. But, only if we really need it.

Professor: (sighs) Great.

Buttercup: Yeah, great.

Bubbles: TGIF.

Rabbit: Oh, no, dear, it's not Friday.

Blossom: Yeah, Bubbles, it's Saturday.

Girls: Aww, man!

Brock: Not that fish monster again!

Ash Ketchum: The girls are in the middle of a break, small fry!

Buttercup: Yeah, can't you come back later?! It's Saturday!

(The fish monster ignored their demands.)

Blossom: Hey, you giant fish balloon! (the monster grunts)

Bubbles: Yeah, you!

Buttercup: We're gonna burst your bubble!

(The girls attempt to fight the monster and they end up getting hurt. Blossom flies down to the heroes.)

Blossom: You think you guys can take down the fish balloon?

Pooh Bear: We'll try, Blossom.

Piglet: What should we do?

Tigger: I'd say we pop him with a pin!

Rabbit: All right, you giant fish balloon, you're going to get popped!

(Pooh Bear, Piglet, Tigger and Rabbit attempt to prick the fish balloon with pins but they got bent.)

Eeyore: Uh-oh, this is not working.

Piglet: Oh, dear.

Tigger: Uh-oh.

Ash Ketchum: Pikachu, fry that fish balloon!

(Pikachu attempts to thunderbolt the fish balloon but it's unharmed. The fish balloon monster laughs at the girls' and heroes attempts to take him down.)

Professor: Girls, I beg you, use the dynamo! Oh, for gosh sakes, you need her!

Buttercup: (weakly) Aww, man. I can still kick his butt,

Tigger: That giant fish balloon monster is too strong, Buttercup.

Brock: Yeah, we can't take it down.

Professor: (gets mad) Use the dynamo, or you're all grounded.

Blossom: Oh, all right. (Professor sighs) How harm could it do?

Eeyore: Could be worse.

• Mayor of Townsville: Professor!
• Professor Utonium:: Mayor!
• Pooh Bear: Hello, Mayor.
• Piglet: Hello, Mayor.
• Rabbit: Good evening, Mayor.
• Tigger: Hiya, Mayor!
• Ash Ketchum: Hi, Mayor.
• Pikachu: Pikachu.
• Brock: Hey, Mayor!
• Misty: What's up, Mayor?
• Pikachu: Pika Pika.
• Mayor of Townsville: Oh, hello, Pooh Bear and friends. (sees the Dynamo looming on him) Oh! (it opens to reveal the girls inside) Oh, my! Powerpuff Girls! Thank you for destroying that evil giant fish balloon. But you also destroyed my beautiful city! Never use that-that botstrosity again!
• Citizens: YEAH!!!!
• Ash Ketchum: But-But it was all Professor Utonium's fault! And it was his idea to create that thing in the first place! He made them use it!
• Tigger: He said that if he didn't use it, he'd ground them for life! Yet he never gave a thought about the safety of the citizens of Townsville! Instead, he let his own parental instincts towards the girls go to his head!
• Professor Utonium: But-But, uh....
• Citizens: PROFESSOR!!!

(Everyone glares angrily at Professor Utonium for making one of the most stupidest decisions he's made in his life. Just because he was caring more about the safety of his girls rather than the safety of the people of Townsville.)

• Brock: (grabs his shirt) Professor, we told you that machine was too dangerous to use when fighting against giant monsters in Townsville! Why didn't you just listen to us in the first place?! (lets go of him)
• Professor Utonium: Well, I, uh....
• Rabbit: Professor, what do you have to say for yourself?! Hmm???
• Professor Utonium: Well, I, uh.... (starts his copter) Gotta go!
• Ash Ketchum: Hey! Where are you going?!
• Rabbit; Not to worry, Mayor and citizens, we shall head for home and give the professor a talking to.
• Misty: And, to make sure it won't ever happen again. Rest assured it will never happen again that we can promise you.
• Mayor: Good.

(Suddenly, a building got knocked over and exploded)
