Tengu Shredder

Oroku Saki, better known as the Tengu Shredder, is the overarching antagonist of the 2003 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon series. He is an ancient warrior from Japan who willingly merged with a powerful tengu so that he could rule the world. After being defeated and imprisoned, his identity was usurped by the evil Utrom, Ch'rell.

Like the other Shredders in the series, he was voiced by Scottie Ray.
