Stryker's Penitentiary (DCAU)

Stryker's Island Penitentiary is an island-based facility that houses some of Metropolis' most dangerous villains or criminals. Most of its supervillain inmates are Superman's enemies but it would also include some of the Justice League's villains. It also holds some of the heroes' enemies (either sane or insane) that were brought in (alive) were incarcerated here as well, such as Carmen Sandiego.
