Dark Specter, leader of the United Alliance of Evil, has captured Zordon and is draining his powers to take over the universe. Sora, Donald, Goofy, and the other former Turbo Rangers travel into space to rescue him with the help with their new friend Andros. When they meet Andros, they gain new powers, turning them into the Space Rangers.
