Slumbering with the Enemy/Transcript
Narrator: The city of Townsville, a friendly town filled with friendly folks. And who better to be friends with? Why none other than the Powerpuff Girls.
(Close-up of the welcome mat at the front door. The morning paper is thrown onto it. The door opens, and the Professor’s hand reaches out to get the paper. The door slams. Cut to him, shuffling down the hall in his robe and slippers. The camera follows him, his head cut off by the top edge of the screen. The floor is littered with pencils, crayons, and bits of paper. As he moves along, we find the source of the mess—the girls are hard at work in the kitchen.)
Girls: (waving, Buttercup with a pair of scissors in her left hand) Good morning, Professor!
(He shuffles past them, yawning and mumbling, apparently not fully awake yet. Pooh Bear and his friends enter the kitchen.)
Rabbit: Good morning, girls.
Girls: Good morning, Rabbit.
Tigger: Whatcha girls, doing?
Blossom: We're making invitations.
Pooh Bear; What for?
Bubbles: We're having a slumber party with the other girls later tonight.
Misty: This is supposed to be an all-girls slumber party, right?
Buttercup: Nah, we're not excluding Ash, Brock, Pooh Bear, Tigger, Piglet and Rabbit. Nor Pikachu.
Pikachu: Pikachu.
Ash Ketchum: Thanks, Buttercup. I'm glad you girls are not excluding us guys. Not just because we're boys, it's because we're your friends.
Buttercup: Ah, no sweat, Ash.
(Back to the girls, at a table cluttered with envelopes. The floor around them is covered with scraps from whatever arts and crafts project they are working on. Each of them put the finishing touches on an envelope, and all three hold them aloft in triumph. They take off, scattering paper everywhere, and fly off across the suburbs. Cut to a girl eating breakfast. The three fly up to the window behind her and hover there. She stops eating, turns her head slowly to see who's there, then squeals in delight and upsets her cereal bowl when she slams her hands on it in excitement. She is off like a shot, running for the front door. Buttercup meets her there and hands her a piece of paper with a heart on it. Head-on view of the girl, holding this in front of her face. After a moment, she lowers it and nods enthusiastically. She waves to the girls as they take off.)
Blossom: Huddle!
Buttercup: Who does Mojo thinks he's kidding?
Ash Ketchum: Something tells me Mojo is going to trick you girls again.
Buttercup: Uh-huh.
Girls: Hi, Mojesehia!
Mojo: (high voice) Hi.
Piglet: What do you think he might to do us?
Tigger: He's definitely up to no good.
Pooh Bear: We should keep an eye on him.
Blossom: Good idea, Pooh Bear.
Mojo: Who wants some tea? It's my Great-Granny's secret recipe.
Heroes: Secret recipe?!
Pikachu: Pika!
Girls: Hey, Mojesehia!
Mojo: Yes?
Girls: It's party time!
(The girls, the heroes and Mojo dance during the montage.)
Mojo: (normal voice) WAKEY-WAKEY!!!!!!
(The girls, sleeping near the doorway, begin to wake up.)
Girls: (sleepily) Huh? (They snap awake and gasp sharply.)
Buttercup: I knew it!
Bubbles: He is a party pooper after all!
Blossom: Let’s get him!
(They rush at Mojo, but just before they reach him, he pulls out the flask of Antidote X and hurls its contents, dousing them. The splash is shown three times, zooming in closer on the girls each time, after which they tumble to the ground. Close-up of the empty flask, dripping residue, in Mojo’s hand. Turn up to his head as he speaks and lifts the flask.)
Mojo: Thanks to Antidote “X”, (Pull back.) I have finally defeated—(Pull back again to show the girls.)—the Powerpuff Girls!
(He laughs madly. Close-up of the unconscious girls, turning up from them to show the crowd of shocked guests behind. Valentina faints. She fainted once)
Girl: Why, Mojeesha? How could you be so mean?
Mojo Jojo: Mojeesha? I think you mean (takes off his costume) Mojo Jojo!!!
(The guests scream in fear.)
Guests: IT’S MOJO!!!!
(They run in all directions, screaming hysterically, while Mojo looks on in delight. Estrella runs too, feeling frightened. Two girls, Felicia and Daisy running in alternative directions left and right, bumped into each other in the face, and fell down with stars spinning around their heads. He’s back in his normal outfit. He advances into the room.)
Mojo: That’s right. Scream, cower, fear me, because now that the once-powerful Powerpuffs—(His perspective of the girls.)—are now powerless, (Turn up to the crowd. Estrella is behind a throng of guests, trying to be confident for them. He points at them.) you have no one to protect you.
(He leans over the group menacingly.)
Mojo: You are without protection, you are sans protectors. (imitating the girls’ powers) No more flying. No more laser eyes. No more super speed or ice breath, and no more power punches. (rubbing jaw) Definitely no more power punches.
(He leans over the girls.)
Mojo: (mock pity) Oh, Powerpuff Girls, look at you. You’re just like your friends here, Weak, helpless, and scared. (Floor-level view of the four.) You are now, dare I say it, (leaning over them) NORMAL LITTLE GIRLS— Useless, normal little girls who can’t do anything, because they are normal.
Ash Ketchum: (furiously) All right, Mojo, what did you do to the girls?!
Pikachu: (sparks sputtering) PIka!
Mojo Jojo: (tauntingly) Why, Ash, that's very rude of you to ask me that. But, no matter you and your friends are too late to save the Powerpuff Girls.
Rabbit: What have you done with them?!
Mojo Jojo: See for yourself.
(Suddenly, the normal little girls attack Mojo Jojo)
Narrator: Go, normal girls, go!

(The Powerpuff girls regain consciousness as they watch the Normal girls beat up Mojo Jojo by whacking him with pillows)
Misty: Girls, you're alright!
Rabbit: But how? We thought Mojo defeated you with Antidote X.
(Brock steps in)
Brock: Not exactly. I knew Mojo was planning on using Antidote X on the girls during the slumber party. So, after I informed the professor about it, we switched it out with a decoy to fool him into thinking he won when in reality he lost.
Buttercup: Surprise, Mojo!
Mojo Jojo: What?! But that's impossible! I defeated you! Why aren't you lying on the ground like you're supposed to!
Brock: You've never won, Mojo! The liquid that you've poured onto the girls was actually a decoy!
Mojo Jojo: Huh?!
Brock: Oh, you're looking for the Antidote X? (holds up the flask) Well, I've got it right here.
Mojo Jojo: What?! But if that's the real Antidote X, then what did I just...
Brock: The other liquid you've poured onto the girls to knock them out was literally orange juice! Gotcha! (laughs)
Mojo Jojo: (growls) HATE! (7x)
Ash Ketchum: Too bad, Mojo, your plan failed like always!
Misty: We are just one step ahead of you.
