Roary is a red anthropomorphic racing car, and is the titular character of the series, Roary the Racing Car. He is always Big Chris' "No.#1 Star".
Roary wears a white baseball cap and a number #1 emblazoned in a red star. His catchphrase is "Light 'em up!" and he likes to argue with Maxi about who's best.
Appearance[edit | edit source]
Roary is a small red racing car. He has two headlights for his eyes. He wears a baseball cap with a star and a number one in the middle. He also has his number painted on his front, the side and on the back. He has two tailpipes at the back, and he has four wheels that help him whizz around Silver Hatch Race Track.
Personality[edit | edit source]
Roary is a very young and excitable racing car, with the heart of a child. He enjoys having races with his friends, and he sometimes loves to play games. However, despite his exciting personality, he can be sometimes show off and be a bit reckless, which often leads him into having accidents. On some occasions, Roary can be a bit self-centered. This happened when he poked some fun towards Maxi and his temporary tractor engine, and after he won the race, even though he got his picture taken for Wheels Magazine, and when he was being a police car for the day. He can sometimes be a bit mature too. But however, aside from all those things, Roary is friendly, optimistic, caring and helpful to everyone.
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- Roary is quite similar to Thomas the Tank Engine from "Thomas & Friends". Because they're both number one, and the titular main characters of their shows.
- Roary was also the first car to be airborne. This was shown when Big Chris accidentally filled Roary up with balloon gas instead of normal fuel.
- In Special Friends Adventures of Wreck-It Ralph, Roary, along with Vanellope, is the only one to see King Candy's real identity as Turbo in-person. He is also the only car to see it also.
- He is also the owner of his lucky teddy, Luigi, who Mr. Carburettor once won in the hoopla after the track fête.
- In the episode, "Mama Mia", Roary was the only one who didn't crash during the race for Mama Mia. Maxi's engine stalled at the start, then Cici spun out of the race, Drifter overdid his slide maneuverer attempt, which sent him flying through the air before hitting the ground hard. And Tin Top crashed out near Ton-Up Tunnel
- Roary will meet Winnie the Pooh and his friends in Winnie the Pooh Meets Roary the Racing Car (TV Series).
