(fanfare plays)

(The Hundred Acre Circus)
(applause)
[Rabbit]
If it's a circus life you need
With its excitement
[Tigger]
And it's noise
[Kessie]
And sounds
[Winnie the Pooh]
And all the rest
[Rabbit]
Then you're a lucky group indeed
For you have found the finest
And your finished with your quest
[All]
Welcome to the Hundred Acre Circus
[Roo]
We'll knock you on your big and fuzzy seat
[All]
Yes, the Hundred Acre Circus
[Roo]
The greatest show for miles around
- Kessie: Well, yards around.
- Tigger: Well, feet.
[Rabbit]
Now gentlemen and ladies...
[Kessie]
And all you young ones too.
[Rabbit]
It's showtime just for you
[Winnie the Pooh]
Look up in the air
There's an elephant balancing there
[Kanga]
High up on the wire
[Eeyore]
Yes, this nose is impressive
There's only one problem
It's starting to make perspire
[Tigger and Roo]
Jugglers, Jugglers
We're the jugglers
[Tigger]
Flippin' stuff up in the air
[Roo]
Tryin' hard to keep it there!
[Tigger]
Guard your skull
[Tigger and Roo]
Here come the jugglers
[Tigger]
It takes a bit of skill
[Roo]
And a lot of luck
[Tigger]
And knowing when to duck
[Winnie the Pooh and Kessie]
We are clowns
[Winnie the Pooh]
I'm sure you figured that
[Winnie the Pooh and Kessie]
We slip...and fall
[Winnie the Pooh]
And make a hearty splat
We wear long shoes
[Kessie]
And drive a tiny car
[Winnie the Pooh]
And like most clowns
We're not as funny as we think we are
[All]
Come and join the Hundred Acre Circus
The greatest show, you'll see
- Winnie the Pooh: As long as you don't look to far.
[All]
The Hundred Acre Circus
It's the best one that we know
Come on and join the show
[Roo]
The Hundred Acre Circus.
Ash Can Parade[edit | edit source]
- Barney: Wasn't that exciting? And we're just getting started. And now ladies and gentlemen, here's everyone's favorite picnic basket loving bear, Yogi Bear with his magnificent tune: Ash Can Parade!
(Ash Can Parade)
[Yogi Bear]
So give me a day like today
For a big parade
Let's have a parade
That we can call our own
[Boo-Boo Bear]
Give me a map or a broom
Or a window shade
And I can make a slide trombone
[Yogi Bear]
Oh give me the top of a can
For a cymbal crash
Just any old top
With cymbals on your toes
[Boo-Boo Bear]
I like to toot a tuba
With an oompah-pah
When the tuba's a garden hose
[Yogi Bear]
Uh, pick up a pole
That has a hole
And you wouldn't want to play a finer fife
[Boo-Boo Bear]
To beat on a can, a tomato can
[Both]
Is better than any drum you bet your life
Uh give me a day like today for a big parade
Isn't it fun to have one all our own?
So give me a song just as long
As it's ash can made
[Boo-Boo Bear]
Hup two rat-a-tat-tat
On goes the paper hat
[Yogi Bear]
A clothesline for a golden braid
[Boo-Boo Bear]
I'd be glad to brave a storm
[Yogi Bear]
And dirty up my uniform
[Both]
To be the leader of the Ash Can Parade
- Yogi Bear: Okay everyone, follow me!
(Yogi and Boo-Boo leads everyone in a big parade)
[Yogi Bear]
Uh, pick up a pole
That has a hole
And you wouldn't want to play a finer fife
[Boo-Boo Bear]
To beat on a can, a tomato can
[Both]
Is better than any drum you bet your life
Uh give me a day like today for a big parade
Isn't it fun to have one all our own?
So give me a song just as long
As it's ash can made
[Boo-Boo Bear]
Hup two rat-a-tat-tat
On goes the paper hat
[Yogi Bear]
A clothesline for a golden braid
[Both]
I'd be glad to brave a storm
And dirty up my uniform
To be the leader of the Ash Can Parade
(applause)

(applause)

Me Ol' Bamboo[edit | edit source]
- Barney: And now....
(Bang Bang)
- Barney: Oh my. I know that sound.
(Chitty Chitty Bang Bang appears)
- Barney: It's everyone's favorite motorcar: Chitty Chitty Bang Bang! Guess this means it's time for my good friend Caractacus Potts and his Sing-and-Dance troupe with their hit classic: Me Ol' Bamboo!
(Me Ol' Bamboo)
All:
A gentleman's got a walking stick, A seaman's got a gaff.
And the merry men of Robin Hood, They used a quarterstaff.
On the Spanish plains inside their canes, They hide their ruddy swords.
But we make do with an old bamboo And everyone applauds!
1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - Hey!
Me ol' bamboo, me ol' bamboo,
You'd better never bother with me ol' bamboo.
You can have me hat or me bumbershoo,
But you'd better never bother with me ol' bamboo.
Troupe:
When punting on the beautiful Thames,
Caractacus:
You use a sturdy pole.
Troupe:
To protect their fair complexion,
Caractacus:
Ladies use a parasol.
Troupe:
It's useful in the underbrush,
Caractacus:
To have a hefty spear.
Troupe:
Right!
All:
But what we do with an old bamboo Makes everybody cheer!
1 - 2 - 3 - HO!
Me ol' bamboo, me ol' bamboo,
You'd better never bother with me ol' bamboo.
You can have me hat or me bumbershoo,
But you'd better never bother with me ol' bamboo.
Member:
'Ere we go, mate . . .
Caractacus:
A flyer in an aireoplane,
Troupe:
He steers it with a stick.
Caractacus:
He does?
A collier in the pits o' Wales,
Troupe:
He leans upon his pick.
Caractacus:
That's right!
All:
Now every wheel of an automobile Revolves around a shaft (HEY!),
But what we do with an old bamboo Makes every one go daft.
And 1 - 2
Me ol' bamboo, me ol' bamboo,
You'd better never bother with me ol' bamboo.
You can have me hat or me bumbershoo,
But you'd better never bother with me ol' bamboo.
(Dance break)
Troupe:
1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - HEY!
And a 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - and a 5 and a 6 and a 7 HO!
Me ol' bamboo, me ol' bamboo,
You'd better never bother with me ol' bamboo.
You can have me hat or me bumbershoo,
But you'd better never bother with me ol' bamboo.
You'd better never bother with me ol' bamboo!
(applause)
