Editing Pooh's Adventures of Pokémon: The Movie 2000/Transcript (section)

== Ash and Friends on a Boat/Reunited with Ash and Misty and meeting Tracey/A Big Storm ==
(The camera then fades in and pans down on a shot of our heroes sailing past an island on the open sea, with a new friend captaining the boat they're on)

* Narrator: Another perfect day in paradise. The weather, warm. The breezes, balmy. The water, calm and crystal clear.

(As the narrator speaks, the camera zooms in and around our heroes)

* Narrator: Even Pokémon trainers deserve a break on a day like today. And as our heroes sail through the Orange Islands, Ash Ketchum dreams of his next big adventure. Little does he know, it will be his greatest.
* Ash: (yawns) Nice day.
* Misty: It's beautiful! Right, Togepi?
* Tracey: Hey, Ash, think we have time to give the Pokémon a little fresh air?
* ???: Sure, Tracey. It'll take us about an hour to get to the next island. There's plenty of time.
* Ash: Well, what are we waiting for?! (throws a Pokéball, and Lapras materializes from it)

(As our heroes bring our their Pokémon, save for Charizard and Snorlax as they're too fiery and big and heavy, respectively, as Ash finds out when they materialize, prompting him to quickly recall them both, a remix of the song Pokémon World plays in the background. All the while, Team Rocket follows behind in their submarine. Later, as our heroes approach the next island) 

*Tigger: Ahoy, mateys!
* Maren: Huh? What’s that?
* Ash Ketchum: Hey look it’s Pooh! Hey! Hey you guys, over here!
* Winnie the Pooh: Oh, hello, Ash.
* Misty: Hey, Pooh and the Gang!
* Piglet: (chuckles nervously) Hi, Misty.
* Misty: Good to see you! So what brings you to the Orange Islands?
* Rabbit: Well, we came back to your world for a new mission. (looks at Tigger) Mmm.
* Tigger: (laughs nervously) And we couldn’t help but heard the news about you, Ashy Boy. You just became the Pokémon World Champion! Hoo-Hoo!
* Winnie the Pooh: Oh, yes! Congratulations by the way.
* Eeyore: You totally deserved that.
* Ash Ketchum: Thanks guys. It was a tough battle but I won.
* Tracey: I saw it, too.
* Winnie the Pooh: Oh, hello, Tracey.
* Misty: Tracey, you know Pooh and Pals?
* Tracey: I sure do.
* Rabbit: We met and told him our story of our last encounter.
* Tigger: Which involves our new special friend.
* Ash Ketchum: Who?
* Rabbit: He wishes to remain anonymous for the time being. Hope you understand.
* Ash Ketchum: (realizes) Sure, Rabbit. I understand. Can't wait to meet him.
* Misty: Me, too.

(Maren sees a storm brewing overhead)

* Rabbit: (ears twitch) Oh, my. There's going to be an awful storm.
* Tigger: (laughs) Great going, Bunny Boy. You almost got me fooled.
* Rabbit: I'm not kidding, Tigger. There's going to be a monstrous storm.
* Pooh: Oh my goodness. I think Rabbit is right.
* Eeyore: Never trust a cloud, I always say.

(Pikachu feels it coming as sparks fly from its cheeks. Soon, the waters get rougher and our heroes try to hold on as Maren's boat fights through the weather. Even Team Rocket feels the rough waters as a school of Magikarp swim by their sub. In response to the stormy weather, the Pokémon in the ocean and in the boat are recalled as the Magikarp school and Team Rocket's sub surface. As for Pikachu, who's on the stem of the boat, he feels that something is wrong about the storm. Down in the sea, Lugia is heard, and soon seen. Back on the surface, Maren realizes something)

* Maren: We're way off course.

(Our heroes see what Maren sees)

* Tigger: Say. What island is that, Maren?
* Maren: That's Shamouti. We're right in the middle of the Orange Islands.
* Winnie the Pooh: The middle of the Orange Islands?
* Rabbit: Well, that's our stop anyway.
* Eeyore: It figures.
* Piglet: Oh, d-d-dear.

(As our heroes near Shamouti, the Magikarp school and Team Rocket's sub follow behind)

* Jessie: An island!
* James: In a storm!
* Meowth: I've seen dis movie.

(Jessie notices that they're heading right for the rocks under the lighthouse)

* Jessie: Do we have, karp insurance?

(James and Meowth realize that something's wrong)

* Jessie: We're about to be...
* Meowth: Filet of fish?

(Our heroes get closer to the island as Team Rocket crashes into the rocks and the Magikarp school swims on. Meanwhile, in Pallet Town, Ash's mom, Delia Ketchum, is working in her garden while her Mr. Mime, Mimey, sweeps away. Soon, Professor Oak rides up on his bicycle)

* Prof. Oak: Good morning, Delia! Well, you certainly do have a green thumb.
* Delia: Thanks, Professor. But the truth is, I've been getting a lot of help with my garden, lately. The weather's been just beautiful!
* Prof. Oak: Well, this is the time of year when the sun shines every day.

(Suddenly, a storm gathers overhead as Mimey heads inside to get an umbrella. But no sooner does he head inside the house that the rain starts coming down. Mimey comes back with an umbrella for Delia, but the rain stops just as quickly as it starts)

* Prof. Oak: Say, that was awfully strange.
* Delia: And it past by so quickly.

(Soon, snow starts to fall)

* Delia: Oh my! It looks like snow!

(Professor Oak and Delia realize it is)

* Delia: It, is snow. But, this is summer. How can it snow?
* Prof. Oak: I. I don't know.

(Soon, Mimey sees something in the sky. Professor Oak and Deliah look and see it as well. It's the Aurora Borealis, the Northern Lights. A flock of Pidgey are seen flying overhead as the three look on. As the flock of Pidgey fly away, the weather returns to summer sunshine. Soon, Mimey notices something coming towards them. A whole swarm of Diglet, and they carry off Professor Oak's bicycle while the Professor jumps off in time as Mimey begins to panic)

* Delia: What is it, Mimey? (to Professor oak) Mr. Mime is very upset.
* Prof. Oak: Yes. And so are the other Pokémon. Pokémon are more in tune with nature than we are. When something goes wrong, they can sense it. And I'm afraid something somewhere is going terribly wrong.
