Pooh's Adventures of Mulan/Transcript

The Moo-Shung Camp/Reunited with Ash and Pikachu/Meeting Captain Li Shang

• Mushu: Okay, this is it! Time to show them your man-walk. Shoulders back, chest high, feet apart, head up, and strut! Two three, break that bone, two, three, and work it!
• Mushu: [They pass men trimming their toenails and picking their noses] Beautiful, isn't it.
• Tigger: Ew, they're disgusting.
• Mushu: No, they're men. (to Mulan) And you're gonna have to act just like them, so pay attention.
• Winnie the Pooh: Pay attention to what, Mushu?
• Mushu: Uh, like that for example.

(They saw Pikachu walking towards Pooh, Mulan and the others.)

• Pikachu: Pi? (sees Pooh and Pals) Pika! Pika!
• Mulan: What is that?
• Piglet: Wait, we know that thing. It's Pikachu!
• Mushu: Pika-what?
• Rabbit: Pikachu, it's a Pokémon!
• Tigger: Say, that Pikachu thinks it knows us.
• Winnie the Pooh: Then that means....
• Familiar voice: (O. S.) Pikachu!
• Rabbit: Oh my, that voice!

(They see Ash caught up with Pikachu.)

• Ash Ketchum: There you are buddy, been looking all over for ya.
• Pikachu: Pika.
• Winnie the Pooh: (surprised) Ash? Is that you?
• Ash Ketchum: (surprised) Pooh? Piglet? Tigger? Rabbit? Eeyore?
• Tigger: Hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo! It is you!
• Rabbit: (laughs while shaking Ash's hand) This is a surprise!
• Piglet: We're so very glad to see you!
• Eeyore: Hello.
• Ash Ketchum: What are you guys doing here?
• Tigger: We were about to ask you the same question.
• Mulan: (confused) You all know each other?
• Winnie the Pooh: Oh, yes. This is Ash Ketchum and his partner Pikachu.
• Piglet: We first met them in the Pokémon World.
• Eeyore: It's kind of a long story.
• Winnie the Pooh: We haven't seen you since Mount Kenya.
• Ash Ketchum: Yeah, that seems like such a long time ago.
• Rabbit: It's great to see you again Ash. But is there a reason why you're here?
• Tigger: Yeah, did you decided to join the Imperial Army against the huns that invaded China?
• Ash Ketchum: Yeah, I'll tell you guys about it later. But first who's your new friend?
• Mulan: I'm Mulan. Um. no I-I mean....
• Mushu: Uh ... Ah-chu!
• Mulan: Ah-chu!
• Ash Ketchum: Ah-chu?
• Mushu: Gesundheit! Hee hee ... I kill myself.
• Mulan: Mushu ...
• Ash Ketchum: Mushu?
• Mulan: No.
• Ash Ketchum: Then what is it?
• Mushu: Ping! Ping was my best friend growing up.
• Mulan: It's Ping.
• Ash Ketchum: Ping.
• Mushu: 'Course, Ping did steal my girl--(Mulan covered Mushu's mouth)
• Mulan: Yes, My name is Ping. Son of Fa Zhou.
• Ash Ketchum: Oh, well. it's nice to meet you, Ping. So, I'm guessing your joining the army too, huh?
• Mulan: Yes, I decided to take my father's place. Because he has already fought and too old for this.
• Piglet: It was kind of our idea.
• Mulan: So, I see you must be old friends with Pooh and his friends from this Pokémon World you came from.
• Ash Ketchum: (chuckles) Yeah. Pooh and I are buddies.
• Mulan: So, what makes you decided to join the army? Isn't it a little dangerous for a kid like you to get involve in this?
• Ash Ketchum: Well...Pikachu and I were travelling together and along the way we got this scription notice about the huns that invaded China. I don't know what was that all about but you might say that I did join to the army to do some training.
• Mulan: I see. Well would you join us? It'll be easier to fit in if we're with a guy, like you.
• Ash Ketchum: What do you mean fit in?
• Rabbit: Uh don't worry about that.
• Piglet: She's trying to--(covers his mouth and accidently spill the beans,) Oops.
• Ash Ketchum: She? (and gasp in shocked.) Wait, Ping's a girl?!
• Mulan: (sheepishly) You didn't notice?
• Ash Ketchum: Not me.
• Winnie the Pooh: Bother.
• Mushu: Guess that someone spill the beans.
• Ash Ketchum: A talking lizard?
• Mushu: Hey, dragon, dragon, not lizard. I don't do that tongue-thing.
• Piglet: Oh dear. Me and my big mouth.
• Mulan: It's okay, Piglet. I'll explain to him once we get settle in.
• Rabbit: She's right. Come on let's keep on moving.
• Ash Ketchum: Well with all that aside. Pooh, what adventures you guys had lately?
• Winnie the Pooh: Well, it's too complicated to explain. But what about Ash? What adventures you had lately?
• Ash Ketchum: Me? Let see um....anyway I had lots.
• Mulan: (smiles at Pooh and friends reunited with an old friend.) I think this boy can be trusted.
• Mushu: I don't know. That kid could fall for anything.

A Girl Worth Fighting For/The destroyed village

[Beginning of "A Girl Worth Fighting For"]

Soldiers: [singing] For a long time we've been marching off to battle.

Yao: [singing] In our thundering herd, we feel a lot like cattle.

Soldiers: [singing] Like the pounding beat, our aching feet aren't easy to ignore.

Ling: [singing] Hey! Think of instead, a girl worth fighting for!

Mulan: Huh?

Ling: [singing] That's what I said! A girl worth fighting for! I want her paler than the moon, with eyes that shine like stars.

Yao: [singing] My girl will marvel at my strength, adore my battle scars!

Chien Po: [singing] I couldn't care less what she'll wear, or what she looks like! It all depends on what she cooks like! Beef, pork, chicken, mmm...

Yao: [singing] Bet the local girls thought you were quite the charmer!

Ling: [singing] And I bet the ladies love a man in armor!

Soldiers: [singing] You can guess what we have missed the most Since we went off to war!

Ling: [singing] What do we want?

Soldiers: [singing] A girl worth fighting for!

Yao: [singing] My girl will think I have no flaws

Chien Po: [singing] That I'm a major find

Mulan: [singing] How 'bout a girl who's got a brain, who always speaks her mind?

Yao, Ling, and Chien Po: Nah!

Ling: [singing] My manly ways and turn of phrase and sure to thrill her!

Yao: [singing] He thinks he's such a lady-killer!

Chi Fu: [singing] I've a girl back home who's unlike any other!

Yao: [singing] Yeah, the only girl who'd love him is his mother!

Soldiers: [singing] But when we come home, in victory They'll line up at the door!

Ling: [singing] What do we want?

Soldiers: [singing] A girl worth fighting for!

Ling: [singing] Wish that I had

Soldiers: [singing] A girl worth fighting for! A girl worth fighting...

[The Chinese army stare in horror at the charred and burning remnants of a small village.]

• Winnie the Pooh: Um. Also.

[They walk through it.]

Expelled from the Imperial Army/Comfort of Friends/Shan-Yu and the Huns rise

The Chinese Army sadly walks away, leaving Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, Rabbit, Eeyore, Ash, Pikachu, Mulan, Mushu, and Khan in the snow.

• Mushu: I was this close. This close! To impressing the ancestors, getting the top shelf, in entourage ... man. All my fine work. [He uses the tip of an arrow to roast a piece of food over a tiny fire]
• Mulan: I should never have left home.
• Mushu: Hey C'mon. You wanted to save your father's life. Who knew you'd end up shaming him, disgracing your ancestors and losing all your friends. Y'know, you just gotta ... just gotta learn to let these things go.
• Winnie the Pooh: And we are all to blame. We're ever so sorry Mulan.
• Piglet: Everything has been our fault. This whole journey was such a mistake. All we wanted was to help you to bring honor to your family.
• Rabbit: But instead we made things a lot worse.
• Tigger: If we hadn't give you the idea of having you take your father's place. None of this would have happened. You have every right to be mad at us.
• Mulan: I'm not mad at any of you.
• Piglet: You're not?
• Mulan: No, if anyone is blame around here. It was me. Because I didn't go for my father. Maybe what I really wanted was to prove that I could do things right. So that when I looked in the mirror, [she picks up her helmet] I'd see someone worthwhile. But I was wrong. I see nothing. [she throws the helmet aside]
• Ash Ketchum: Guys....
• Mushu: Hey, that's just cause this needs a little spit, that's all. [He spits on the helmet.] Let me shine this up for you. I can see you, look at you, you look so pretty! [He turns cry] The truth is, we're both frauds. Your ancestors didn't send me; they don't even like me.
• Rabbit: Well, then why did you come Mushu?
• Mushu: Because the guardian they wanted to send to bring her back wouldn't wake up and I broke him. It was an accident. I thought if I made Mulan a war hero they'd give me my old job back. (to Mulan) I mean, you risked your life to help people you love. I risked your life to help myself. At least you had good intentions.

(Mulan smiles)

(Crickee starts to cry)

• Mushu: What? What do you mean, you're not lucky?! You ... lied to me? [Crickee nods. Mushu turns to Khan.] And what are you, a sheep? [Khan snorts. Mushu graons and throws Crickee on the back.]
• Ash Ketchum: (to Pooh and Pals.) Listen guys. Bad things can happen to all of us. And it wasn't your fault that you taught Mulan into joining the army got all of us expelled. But you all did it because you wanted to help a friend.
• Winnie the Pooh: But, Ash...
• Ash Ketchum: Let me finish. I know about the consequences and the laws of the imperial army. It's the rules of this world. There's no way around it. It's not because I'm new of this whole multiverse travel. We all have a lot to learn. And sometimes we all make mistakes. I know I have made some. But that's because I learn from them in the past and change in the future.
• Rabbit: But Shang just stripped her from her uniform. And I doubt he and Chi-Fu would ever listen to us.
• Ash Ketchum: I know it was harsh for them to say that to us. But Shang did spare her life because she did save his life from the avalanche. Just because we all got expelled doesn't mean we should just give up.
• Pikachu: (nods) Pika, Pikachu.
• Ash Ketchum: You know when Pikachu and I left Pallet Town. We didn't get along either. But things did change after that flock of Spearow attack. And I made some amazing friends, and I did become stronger and became the World Champion. And I did look at your scrapbook with all the adventures you guys had.
• Piglet: You did?
• Ash Ketchum: Yeah, you guys have made some amazing friends too. And battle a lot of enemies and had tons of awesome adventures. You guys did the same thing with me in the past. Remember the times we found Ho-Oh? And saw Lugia, and Entei? And the time we rescue Mewtwo from Team Rocket?
• Eeyore: Yep, we sure did.
• Winnie the Pooh: And in return you did help us find Christopher Robin a couple of times?
• Ash Ketchum: Yeah, you all help me out because you all saw what was in my heart. Just like I did with your guys' hearts. And you all did the right thing to help Mulan because you saw what was in her heart. Because we must never give up and must help them make their dreams come true.
• Winnie the Pooh: You're right Ash. We just can't give up. Not now.
• Tigger: We help other heroes reach their goals, so we must never call it quits.
• Rabbit: And it doesn't matter what Chi-Fu or Shang said. We can still help Mulan whatever we can.
• Piglet: And that's how we're doing it.
• Winnie the Pooh: Thank you Ash. I'm glad we ran into at the camp.
• Ash Ketchum: Me too. That's what friends are for. You guys have always been there for me. I always have been there for you.
• Mulan: (smiles) Thank you everyone. Sorry I got you in trouble.
• Ash Ketchum: It's no big deal.
• Mulan: And Ash that was a wonderful speech. They sure are lucky to have you as a good friend. I can see why you guys are so close. Just like you and Pikachu, right?
• Ash Ketchum: Yeah, we've been through tough times. It's something that my dad told me when I was little. So don't let those things get to you. You can argue. But everything go back to normal in no time. I'll tell you. These adventures Pooh and the others had sure can be a mystery, huh?
• Mulan: Yeah, after everything has happened my life did change when I met all of you. You all are trying to help me bring honor to my family. And I'll be always grateful for that. I never had such wonderful friends like you before who stood by my side.
• Tigger: Oh, look at that.
• Rabbit: I'm glad you feel that way Mulan. We've been by your side since we first met. And nothing will ever change that.
• Eeyore: What will we do now.
• Mulan: I'll have to face my father sooner or later. Let's go home
• Mushu: Yeah. This ain't gonna be pretty. But don't you worry, okay? Things will work out. We started this thing together and that's how we'll finish it. I promise.
• Winnie the Pooh: And we'll explain to him that this our idea for giving you the idea to help you.
• Ash Ketchum: I'll come too. And if you guys want to take the blame for it. So do it.
• Mulan: Thanks, you're all wonderful friends.

Bonus Ending

• Olympius: Your prediction worked to perfection, Lord Bowser." (After Shan-Yu's death)
• Bowser: Shan-Yu was blinded by rage...how easily he was convinced that he would destroy the Chosen Ones would ignore my Rules.
• Olympius: "Yet The Chosen Ones and Ketchum still lives." (to Bowser)
