O.W.C.A.-Traz
The "O.W.C.A.-Traz" is a maximum security prison that O.W.C.A. incarcerates dangerous criminals in, including rogue agents. Dennis the Rabbit escaped from it with the help of Heinz Doofenshmirtz and Norm ("The Return of the Rogue Rabbit").
