After the incidents of the last episode, Ash and Hotaru's cousin Felicia Hardy comes to Angel Grove to see if the Hardy Foundation and the Aether Foundation can join together as one on her mother's behalf. After seeing that her cousin had an unfortunate secret about some of his secret crushes after his last encounter, she decides to take it to her advantage by taking the same secret formula she found from a spell book Pooh and Pals reclaim from their last encounter with the Evil Queen to become the sexy, mysterious and beautiful Black Cat, while dealing with Katastrophe, Katherine Hilllard's former Monster Form.
