Opening/Christopher Robin trying to find his friends for the party

(The episode begins with Christopher Robin walking around blowing a noise maker and appears to be wearing a party hat.)

Christopher Robin: Pooh? Piglet? Where are you?

(Pooh, Piglet, Rabbit, and Tigger are at Pooh's house, hearing Christopher Robin's voice.)

Piglet: It's Christopher Robin!

(They all run out to see what he's up to.)

Piglet: (whispers) Look!

Christopher Robin: Aww, I guess they don't wanna come to the birthday party.

Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, and Rabbit: (gasps) IT'S HIS BIRTHDAY!!!

Piglet: And we didn't get him any presents!

(They scatter everywhere until they bump into each other like silly.)

Rabbit: (stutters) There's only one thing to do. Quick! Uh, this way!

(They all go somewhere. But little did they knew, Ash and his friends show up to Christopher Robin.)

Ash Ketchum: Hi there, Christopher Robin.

Christopher Robin: Oh, hello, Ash. And hello, Misty and Brock.

Misty: What are you doing?

Christopher Robin: I'm looking for Pooh Bear and the others because I'm inviting them to a special birthday to one of my friends from school.

Brock: Oh, that's nice.

Ash Ketchum: Maybe we can help you look for them.

Misty: And help you get ready for the party.

Brock: And we wouldn't mind in joining the festivities too. We love parties!

Pikachu: Pika, Pika!

Christopher Robin: Really? You do that?

Ash and his friends: Yeah!

Christopher Robin: Aww, thanks guys.

Pooh and his friends sadly move away/Christopher Robin tells Pooh and his friends that he's not keeping Bruno

Ash Ketchum: There you guys are!

Misty: We were looking all over for you! Where have you been?

Brock: Yeah, you had us worried sick!

Christopher Robin: And what's going on?

Ash Ketchum: (notices their stuff packed up in their wagon) Yeah, what is going on here? Why are you all packed?

Bruno: They're movin' on, that's what. Hittin' the road, adios, goin' bye-bye.

Christopher Robin: You mean you're leaving?

Ash Ketchum: But why? Why would you want to leave without telling us? Especially Christopher Robin?

Misty: Yeah, he's your best friend! Why would you walk out on him?!

Pooh Bear: Because...Because Christopher Robin is much happier with Bruno than he is with us.

Ash, Misty, and Brock: What?!

Brock: "Happier with Bruno than with you?" What are you talking about?!

Misty: And who's Bruno?

Tigger: You see that big wind-up gorilla in back of yous?

(Ash, Misty, and Brock turn around and see Bruno.)

Ash Ketchum: That guy?

Tigger: Yes, that is Bruno.

Rabbit: That's right. You see, Bruno's the best present anyone could get.

Ash Ketchum: What do you mean "the best present anyone could get?"

Rabbit: He kept on bragging and bragging about himself. All day long, he constantly said that he's better than all of us.

Ash, Misty, and Brock: Show-off?

Christopher Robin: Bragging?

Pikachu: Pika?

(Bruno is bouncing around on his cane.)

Tigger: Yeah, he out-bounced me.

(Bruno is turn juggling some fruits and vegetables.)

Rabbit: His garden grew better than mine.

(Bruno munches onto a watermeleon.)

Pooh Bear: (climbs on top of the pile) He smackereled an entire beehive. Whole! Not a drop left! (looks inside his honey pot) I checked.

Misty: Bruno bragged about being better than you guys? But that's not very nice.

Ash Ketchum: Yeah! That's no way to make friends.

Brock: And he's making you guys leave because he's better than you? That's really mean of him.

Piglet: Yes, it is. But we only wanted Christopher Robin to have the best.

Pooh Bear: And since we aren't the best...

Ash Ketchum: (interrupts) Don't talk about such nonsense, Pooh Bear! It doesn't matter whether or not if you or your friends are the best! Right, Christopher Robin?

Christopher Robin: (chuckles) That's right. Oh, silly old bear. We love all you for what you are, not what you can do. Bruno's not for me. I'm not gonna keep him.

Ash, Misty, and Brock: Yeah!

Pikachu: Pikachu!

(Bruno overhears this and drops the food in disbelief.)

Bruno: (saddened) What?! The best any kid could ever get, and I'm being...shipped out? (runs away)

Pooh Bear: (climbs back down) You're not keeping him?

Ash Ketchum: (chuckles) Of course, he's not keeping Bruno, Pooh Bear. What gave you guys the idea that Bruno was gonna be Christopher Robin's gift?

Misty: Guys, Bruno was meant to be a present for one of his friends from school.

Brock: Yeah. He wasn't meant for Christopher Robin. Didn't you read the tag on the box? (holds up the tag and reads it) It says, "To Stanley Zimmerman. From your friend, Christopher Robin."

Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, and Rabbit: Oh...

Rabbit: (chuckles nervously) Oopsie. Sorry, guys.

Tigger: (chuckles) Oh, that's a hot one! You hear that, Bruno? Bruno? Hey, where'd that big ape get to?

Rabbit: Hm. The way he moves, that silly chimp could be halfway to China by now.

Misty: Rabbit!

Rabbit: Well, he could!

Ash Ketchum: That isn't important right now. We gotta go find him and get him ready before the party starts!

Ash, Misty and Brock lecture Bruno about bragging/Bruno gets wrapped up again/Ending

Ash Ketchum: Hey, guys! Over here! Me and Pikachu found him!

Misty: (gasps) He's missing the wind-up key.

Brock: No, here it is. It's right here. (picks up the wind-up key)

Christopher Robin: Hurry, let's get cranking!

Bruno: What are you all doing here?

Piglet: We were worried about you.

Bruno: Why would you worry me?

Pooh Bear: Because you are the best toy any kid could ever get. You told us yourself.

Rabbit: Yeah, constantly.

Misty: Now, Bruno, our friends told us about how you behaved towards them. And none of us were very impressed.

Brock: They're very dear friends to Christopher Robin and you were not being very nice to them at all.

Ash Ketchum: Just because you're a brand-new toy doesn't mean you have to act like a big show-off. For you should know that it is not nice to brag. Bragging is not a nice way to make friends. Especially when you are a present to a kid at a birthday party.

Christopher Robin: Look, these are my friends. (hugs his friends) You'll be my friend's friend. And you'll be happy just like we are.

Piglet: (puts a card under the ribbon) Bye, Bruno. (chuckles) G-Good luck.

Pooh Bear: Uh, Christopher Robin, do you think that perhaps Bruno would take me along?

Christopher Robin: Why, Pooh?

Pooh Bear: Well, (chuckles) where there's a birthday party, there's cake. And where there's cake, there's a rumbly in my tumbly.

Christopher Robin: Silly old bear.

Ash and his friends: (chuckle warmly)

Pikachu: Pikachu...
