Plot

Gotham City is plagued by bizarre villains who are committing absurd crimes. Pooh and Pals, Batman and Robin investigate and they discover that the "criminals" are actually famous comedians who are brainwashed by none other than the Joker and QuackerJack. It seems that the comedians had the disguised Joker and QuackerJack tossed out of the annual Gotham Comedy Competition the year before. Now, the Clown Prince of Crime and The Maniac Toymaker had sworn to destroy their reputations in return. Joker and Quackerjack uses the Mad Hatter's mind control microchip devices to seek their revenge and Pooh, Ash, Tai, Skipper, Tommy, Batman and Robin must stop them before they harms more people.
