Lex Luthor is one of the main antagonists of the DC Animated Universe.

He is a billionaire and a criminal mastermind who is one of Superman's greatest enemies. Luthor manages to keep his image as a legitimate businessman for a while, but once his actions are exposed to the whole world, he becomes a full-fledged supervillain who tries to destroy the Justice League, forming the Injustice Gang, financing Project Cadmus and joining Gorilla Grodd's Legion of Doom.

He was voiced by Clancy Brown, who also voices Mr. Krabs in SpongeBob SquarePants, Savage Opress in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Byron Hadley in The Shawshank Redemption, and Viking Lofgren in Bad Boys. When possessing The Flash, he was voiced by Michael Rosenbaum, who also portrayed Lex Luthor in Smallville.
