A mysterious new vigilante dressed as a judge appears and targets Gotham's rogues gallery of villains with ruthless fury. Batman and the others are the only ones who must discover the Judge's identity and stop him before he crosses the line. But when our heroes discover the truth, they will learn that the Judge is really someone they know.
