Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger have travelled to the Hundred Acre Woods for the first time and have reunited with Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, Rabbit, Eeyore and their friends. Together they will soon learn that Tigger has a family tree.

- This film will not feature any guest stars.
- Harry, Ron and Hermione will return to the Hundred Acre Woods again in Harry, Ron and Hermione's Adventures of Pooh's Heffalump Movie, and will join Pooh and his friends on many of their adventures.
- This will be the first Harry Potter crossover to use the Warner Bros. Animation logo taken from Teen Titans Go! To the Movies alongside the Warner Bros. Pictures logo. This is mainly due to the real film being animated.
- Due to the real film being targeted at younger children, all of the language and content from the Harry Potter clips will be censored to keep this film G-rated.
