The DeltaForce is an adventure team whose goal is to protect the peace of the universe by gathering artifacts known as "Sources" before they end up in the hands of evil. The team was founded by Tod and Angel, with a Young Simba joining approximately a month after the events of Episode Zero. This team exists within an alternate reality compared to the prime Adventure Timeline, meaning certain events may not match most of the other adventures that go down.

Team Members[edit | edit source]

Founders and Leaders[edit | edit source]

  • Tod Vulpes acts as the trio's leader. He's 20 years old in the series and has been dating Vixey. The Ancient Source he uses the most is the Blazefire Saber. Tod's also considered by various villains of the week as an Accel (or ascended lifeform) due to utilizing his five senses to make combat easier for him.
  • Angel Lupa is the second in command and the most confident member of the team. She likes to tease Tod on multiple occasions, usually annoying him. She uses the Wizard's Staff the most.
  • Simba Tumaini is the youngest member of the trio (compared to the Prime Simba who is depicted as an adult), due to this he's a combination of his young and adult personalities. He uses the Bow of Monstrosity Slayer.

Honorary Agents[edit | edit source]

  • Vixey Vulpes (The Fox and the Hound; Tod's Girlfriend/Wife)
  • Copper Slade (The Fox and the Hound; Tod's Best Friend and Rival)
  • Chief Slade (The Fox and the Hound; Copper's adoptive brother)
  • Tramp Biagio (Lady and the Tramp; Close Friend of Angel)
  • Scamp Biagio (Lady and the Tramp; Close Friend of Angel)
  • Nala (The Lion King; Simba's Best Friend)
  • Taka (The Lion King; Simba's Uncle - The poison that caused his personality to switch never broke him)
  • Shenzi (The Lion King; Alt History, Simba's Rival - Recruited as a bodyguard of Scar)
Temporary[edit | edit source]
  • Ash Ketchum (Pokémon; Ally of Tod from the Primeline, due to being the leader of his own team, he only makes one appearance when Tod was on his own)
  • Chihiro Fujisaki (DanganRonpa; Ally of Tod from the Primeline)

Mentors[edit | edit source]

  • Figment the Dragon aids the team on certain adventures and notifies them when another adventure could potentially be jeopardized. His face is rarely shown in front of Tod whenever they're a distance apart from each other, but he sometimes accompanies the group on extremely tough missions.

Equipment[edit | edit source]

Tod and his friends utilize various pieces of equipment to aid them in battle. This list contains every Source and Item used by the team.

  • Tod's Magic Band: Acquired from Figment. This is used to help aid him with his magic training as well as be able to summon various sources and even call his friends from far away with video chat.
  • Tod's Blazefire Saber: The Ancient Source of Loyalty. This Gunblade acts similar to the Final Fantasy XIII counterpart, only modified to allow Tod to cast spells from the chamber or blade when necessary. (This also means it technically cannot shoot bullets.)
  • Angel's Wizard's Staff: The Ancient Source of Magic. The staff being as powerful as it is allows Angel to access any spells she's learned or glanced at for a brief moment.
  • Magic Cards: Temporary magic modifiers allowing the DeltaForce team to cast spells they can't properly perform yet. When used, they vanish into mana before being conjured by the user. A good example is in the Prologue during the Final Battle when Tod and Angel combine their cards to summon a train, but were unaware it'd come THROUGH the wall in front of them.
  • Simba's Bow of Monstrosity Slayer: The Ancient Source of Triumph. Originally from Dungeons and Dragons. Simba can calculate attacks more easily with the long bow, using magic arrows instead of always relying on his claws.
