While taking a vacation, Winnie the Pooh and friends get themselves stranded on island populated by mutant prehistoric creatures.

- Lord Dragaunus will serve as the main antagonist of this crossover.
- The island is actually a secret base for Lord Dragaunus who is creating an army of mutant prehistoric creatures for Bowser.
- The mutant prehistoric creatures that Pooh and friends encounter on the island are Triceratops, Brontosaurus, Velociraptor, Liopleurodon, Titanis, Tyrannosaurus, Spinosaurus, Woolly Mammoth, and Pteranodon.
- In early production of the short film, a saber-toothed tiger was going to be featured as one of the creatures Pooh and friends encounter but was later cut from the story.
- This short film takes place after Winnie the Pooh Meets Lilo & Stitch, Simba, Timon, and Pumbaa's Adventures of Lilo & Stitch, and Pooh's Adventures of Beach Party at Walt Disney World (which explains Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, Rabbit, Eeyore, Ash Ketchum, Pikachu, Misty, Togepi, Brock, Timon, Pumbaa, Baloo, King Louie, Terk, and Tantor already knowing Lilo and Stitch).
