Vlad Plasmius

Vlad is one of Bowser's personal bounty hunters.

Vlad Plasmius (also known as "Vlad Masters") is a supervillain with ghost powers and is the main villain in Winnie the Pooh Meets Danny Phantom. In the series, one of Jack Fenton's inventions accidentally gave him ghost powers and began his dark side, 20 years later, by luring Jack, his wife Maddie, his children Danny and Jazz, and Winnie the Pooh, Bloom, and their friends to his mansion and with the help of The Trix (also known as Icy, Darcy, and Stormy), he is trying to destroy Jack and steal Maddie from him, only then would he take Pooh and his friends to his trusted ally Bowser Koopa.

Trivia

• Vlad Plasmius will become Littlefoot's enemy in Littlefoot Meets Danny Phantom.
• He is voiced by the late Martin Mull.
