Dark Specter plans to finally be rid of the Rebels once and for all: using the tachyon signals to control all mutated kaiju to control the entire world.

=== Part 2: ===
After following the Giant Bat, the 100 Acre Avatar League is leaded to Monster Island controlled by the New United Alliance of Evil. Meanwhile, MechaGodzilla (MonsterVerse) and Cyber-Godzilla has revived once again. Once Zilla is under control of the New United Alliance of Evil, the Rebels is reunited with 100 Acre Avatar League and now bears witness to Dark Specter’s newest plan: to finally conquer the world.

=== Part 3: ===
After controlling all the mutations, Dark Specter's plan come to fruition. Just then, the Rebels manage to reverse the signal. They succeed. But the Saurion War Fleet has come to Earth preparing to invade. But, thanks to the freed mutations and the Titan Kaiju (who managed to hold the mutations since the last part), the Rebels managed to defeat the entire war fleet. Count Dregon manages to rebuild the Chimera Zord and Dark Specter becomes a dragon. So, the true final showdown begins.
