The Gruffalo

The Gruffalo is the main titular character of the 2009 film adaptation of the same name and the titular supporting character of The Gruffalo's Child by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler.

Although he seems monstrous and wants to eat the mouse, he's not bad at all as shown to be a caring and loving father of his daughter.

He is voiced by the late Robbie Coltrane.

Physical appearance

The Gruffalo has terrible tusks, and terrible claws, and terrible teeth in his terrible jaws. He has knobbly knees, and turned-out toes, and a poisonous wart at the end of his nose. His eyes are orange, his tongue is back, he has purple prickles all over his back.
