It's Annie's birthday and everyone is setting up things for the party. Her favorite things are balloons, and they give her musical balloons which play a special song. But suddenly, a strong gust of wind blows them all away, so it is up to the gang to retrieve Annie's balloons in a big adventure that takes them to the South Pole!
