Stonegate Penitentiary

Stonegate Penitentiary was a prison in Gotham City. Stonegate was part of District Attorney Two-Face and Bruce Wayne's plans for a safer and brighter Gotham. It was a large prison for those declared legally sane much like Blackgate.
