It's Halloween Night at Angel Grove and for the 100 Acre Wood Rebel Alliance and friends are celebrating with a Halloween Costume party at the Youth Center, but Bowser has other plans and brings Queen Grimhilde to help. But she has other plans. She orders a monster named Crumummy to steal the beauty of all the attractive women of Angel Grove and kidnaps Sara of Planet Freedom (who is visiting).
Grimhilde disguises herself as Sara and visits Angel Grove to see if her plan is working. In the process, she plans to use the Pheromone Dust Spell to hypnotize Ash into making him her king and use his Pokémon to overthrow Bowser and rule the Multiverse, but the Rebels, his friends and the Power Rangers figure out who she is and returns the beauty to its rightful owners while the Power Rangers defeat the Crumummy in combat.
Unfortunately, this doesn't please Bowser one bit as punishment for allowing her vanity to lead her to strike out on her own and sends her to Dimensional Limbo.

- DNA of Girl (to make her look like girl she transforms into)
