- Star Command are allies with the Green Lantern Corps and Galactic Federation, as they are all galactic law enforcements dedicated to protecting the universe from galactic threats, such as the Zurg Empire, the Evil Horde (1985), Dr. Hamsterviel, Dark Laser and his army, as well as the forces of Darkseid's Elite.
- Star Command will become allies of Ash Ketchum, Littlefoot and their friends in Ash's Adventures of Buzz Lightyear of Star Command: The Adventure Begins.
