Musa and SpongeBob Confront Stormy and Plankton edit

(The episode begins with Stormy crouched on Alfea's roof at night, a magic sphere floating in front of her. Plankton is seen with her on a mission to get the Codex for Lord Darkar and to find a way to the steal the krabby patty formula for Plankton)

Stormy: Search and find a way to see where they hide the Codex key.
Musa: Hey, witch!
(Stormy groans and turns her head around to see Musa and Tune behind her)
Musa: It's 2 a.m., shouldn't you be hanging upside down in a cave somewhere?
Plankton: Looks like someone wants to mess with us, Stormy.
Stormy: (stands up and walks towards Musa) You should've checked the weather before coming outside, Musa. Don't you know there's a big storm coming? (laughs while clouds fill the sky and lighting starts)
Musa: I hate to break into you, but the wind is about to change! (transforms into her Magic Winx form)
Tune: Be careful.
Plankton: Come on, you think you can fight the two of us alone?
Musa: That's what you think, Plankton! Not only do I have Tune here at my side, but I'm certain someone you know might have that arranged.
Plankton: And who might that be, miss "all that"?
???: Not so fast!
(Plankton turns and realizes the voice belongs to SpongeBob)
SpongeBob SquarePants: You're not dealing with an ordinary fry cook! It's time for you to meet... (throws down a smoke bomb) Fry Boy! Defender of- Oh! (realizes he's not in costume; throws down a smoke bomb again and is seen wearing a different outfit) Fry Boy! (deep voice) Defender of the krabby patty!
Plankton: SpongeBob?! Well, if it's a fight you two want, have it your way!
Musa: You and Plankton bring the thunder, Stormy!
Stormy: Oh, I'm gonna bring more than that. See I'm wearing Lord Darkar's Gloomix! Check it! (attacks Musa, blasting her into a wall)
Plankton: Once we're done with you two, not only will we get Alfea's piece of the Codex for Darkar, but you and Krabs will give me what I always wanted: the krabby patty formula! (laughs evilly)
SpongeBob SquarePants: We'll see about that, Plankton. Prepare to be vanquished! (uses his spatula to fire a krabby patty at Plankton, splatting him against the wall)
Plankton: Ouch.
Stormy: Storm clouds give me your power! Nighty night, Musa!
Musa: Base Boost!
(Musa uses her magic to attack Stormy, throwing her to the ground. Musa starts to chant in another language)
Musa: Etchudani metaclori faniki funden!
Plankton: (scoffs) Is this a joke?
Stormy: Are you trying to break up my storm?
(Musa continues to cast her spell)
Stormy: Well that retro outer realm mumbo jumbo weather dance isn't gonna cut it.
Musa: Etchudani metaclori faniki funden, etchudani metaclori faniki funden...
Stormy: Hey! There should have a been a cloud of thunder there. What? The clouds are parting?
Plankton: Curses!
SpongeBob SquarePants: Yes! You lose Plankton!
Musa: Your little storm blew over.
(Musa blasts Stormy with her magic, and Stormy falls off the roof, landing on the ground)
Stormy: Oh, you and that sponge idiot are so gonna pay for that, Musa!
(Lights start to turn on in the school)
Palladium: What's going on down there?
Student 1: Hey! There's a couple of villains!
Student 2: Let's go get them!
Stormy: (conjures her magic, but let's it disappear) This isn't over yet.
Plankton: You rue the day we met, SpongeBob! We'll be back! (attempts to activate his jet pack, but realizes it is upside down) Oh barnacles. (his jet pack fires up and he screams as he gets dragged underground back to Shadowhaunt)
(Stormy flies away. Musa sighs and lays down on her back)
Tune: Bravo! Musa, I am most impressed!
SpongeBob SquarePants: We did it, Musa! The Alfea Codex and the krabby patty formula are safe! Won't Mr. Krabs be proud?

(The next day, Musa and Layla are talking in the Alfea auditorium; Tigger, Rabbit, SpongeBob, Patrick, Mr. Krabs, Tune, and Piff are with them)

Layla: So, you excited for our big show tomorrow night?
Musa: I guess.
Layla: What do mean you guess? It's gonna be awesome, Musa. You're gonna rock Red Fountain.
Tigger: She's right, Musa. I think you got the neck for it!
Rabbit: Precisely. Tomorrow night, the entire realm of Magix will recognize your musical talent!
Musa: I think maybe I'm nervous.
Layla: You have no reason to be nervous. (lays hip-hop music) Hey, let me show you my dance. (shows Musa her dance routines)
Musa: Sweet moves, Layla! You've got kind of an old world dance fusion thing going on.
Patrick Star: Where did you learn those moves, Layla?
Layla: I used to sneak out of my palace and learn these dances from street performers.
Tune: Street performers?
Musa: I bet your prim 'n' proper 'rents loved that!
Layla: Right, like I told them.
(Musa and Layla both laugh)
(Tigger laughs)
Mr. Krabs: Are you certain it was Plankton trying to steal me secret formula again, SpongeBob?
SpongeBob SquarePants: Yes, Mr. Krabs. He and Stormy were gonna try to steal the Codex here at Alfea so he could blackmail you into surrendering the formula to him, but Musa and I managed to defeat them.
Mr. Krabs: Good work, me boy. But I'm afraid they haven't given up yet. We both need to be on our guard. You never know what dirty trick those two villains could do to try to steal the Codex or me formula.

(Meanwhile, down at Shadowhaunt, Stormy is looking at herself in the mirror with Plankton at her side)

Plankton: Come on, Stormy, if we're going to get revenge on those two fools, we're gonna have to blend in and I'm the only one small enough to hide alongside you.
Stormy: Fine. (to her reflection) Good bye. I'll miss you beautiful, gorgeous face. Gotta become a bobbly and dorky looking fairy. (clicks her finger, straightening her hair and turning it red, and changing her outfit; she walks up to the mirror where there is a picture of Musa, which she rubs out) You're over, Musa. (laughs menacingly)
Plankton: So enjoy today, SpongeBob. Because by tomorrow, I'll have the formula, then everyone will eat at the Chum Bucket, and once Lord Darkar has all four pieces of the Codex, WE WILL RULE THE WORLD!!!!! All hail Darkar! ALL HAIL DAR-
Stormy: Okay, Plankton, we get it! We will rule the world! You don't have to get so dramatic.
Plankton: Hey, I was just monolouguing.

Musa and Ho-Boe's Arguement edit

(Meanwhile, over at Red Fountain, Brandon get flirted by two female students)

Student 1: But don't you have a girlfriend?
Brandon: I do, but see, we already talked it out. I mean, these good luck kisses are for charity. We're raising money to get the jousting team some new uniforms.
Student 1: Well, we'll have to run and find our purses first.
Student 2: Can we leave you a bit of lipstick before we go?
(The girls run off)
Brandon: Sure but just leave it on my cheek, okay? (notices they are gone) Huh? What's this? They actually left me lipstick? (notices Stormy, in disguise) Hey there? You wanna kiss a hero? Doesn't cost much and it's all for a good cause.
Stormy (in Disguise): Get lost, loser!
Brandon: Uh, sorry!
Plankton: Don't let his good looks distract you, Stormy. Remember: eyes on the prize.
Stormy (in Disguise): Right. Now to find Musa and SpongeBob.

(In the Red Fountain auditorium...)

Musa: I'm thinking of doing this one. (starts singing) When I went to ride the wind, it slipped away so fast. Tumbled hard, went into a fall.
(Stormy and Plankton watches from a doorway, unnoticed by Musa, Stella, Layla, Pooh, SpongeBob, and their friends)
Stormy (in Disguise): Sounds awful!
Plankton: Awfully talented I might add, but still sickening.
Musa: (continues singing) Now I need to know why I've got wings at all.
SpongeBob SquarePants: Oh, good one.
Winnie the Pooh: Why that's a lovely song, Musa.
Stella: Amazing, Musa. That's the one you should do. And now let's move on and practice our little number.
Musa: Wait, I wanna try this song that has the sax Solo. That might be better.
(Stella throws a saxophone to Musa)
Musa: Be a little more careful, Stella! This is my dad's saxophone!
Ho-Boe: Aww, I don't care what happens to that old thing!
(Musa's father, Ho-Boe has walked in with Saladin and Faragonda)
Musa: Daddy!
Ho-Boe: Surprised?
(Musa runs over and hugs her father)
Ho-Boe: How's my little angel been?
Stormy (in Disguise): Looks like SpongeBob and Musa's gonna be way easier to get to than I thought.
Plankton: Oooh! This is too easy!
Rabbit: Who's that gentleman, Musa?
Musa: Remember my dad I was telling you guys about? That's him.
Piglet: Well, hello there, Musa's dad.
Patrick Star: We're friends of Musa.
Ho-Boe: It's very nice to meet you all.
Musa: By the way, Dad, what are you doing here?
Ho-Boe: I was in the realm on business and I thought I'd swing by, but I have to say, I thought I'd find you in a library, not on a sound stage.
Faragonda: There's a concert tomorrow at Red Fountain and Musa will be performing a song. Your daughter is quite talented, you know, one of the most gifted musicians we've ever had at Alfea.
Musa: Thanks Miss F. You gonna be able to come to the show tomorrow night, Dad?
(Ho-Boe turns away, looking unimpressed)
Musa: What's up?
Ho-Boe: Why haven't you told me about any of this, Musa?
Musa: Well, I was gonna, but I just wanted to wait until...
Ho-Boe: I would like to have a word with you outside, young lady, in private.
(Stella and Layla look worried)
SpongeBob SquarePants: Uh-oh.
Tigger: I think she's in big trouble.
Eeyore: We're not gonna enjoy this, are we?

(Outside, Ho-Boe and Musa are seen arguing)

Hoe-Boe: You've been telling everyone that I still write songs? That I still perform? Faragonda asked me if I had a new album coming out, I didn't know what to say. I looked like a fool!
Musa: I'm sure you didn't.
Ho-Boe: Well, either way, Musa, it's one thing to lie about me, it's quite another way to lie to me.
(Layla and Pooh, SpongeBob, and their friends are watching them argue from behind a tree)
Musa: I didn't lie! I just, I mean, I knew what you'd say, Dad.
Ho-Boe: I sent you to Alfea so you could learn to apply your magic and knowledge to some legitimate profession, not to play around and waste your time with music!
Musa: I can't stand hearing that! Music was your life!
Ho-Boe: We aren't talking about my life, we're talking about your life. Don't you understand that?
Musa: Okay, look, Dad, I'm sorry if you can't get over losing Mom, but I don't think it's right-
Ho-Boe: I don't want to hear another word about your mother, Musa!
Musa: Oh, right, I forgot, we're not even allowed to talk about her! She never existed and our lives together never even happened!
Ho-Boe: Maybe one day you'll understand. If you perform in that concert tomorrow night, I'm withdrawing you from Alfea! Now, this discussion is over.
(Ho-Boe walks away and Musa falls to her knees, crying)
Winnie the Pooh: Oh bother.
Tigger: Sheesh. The brain boggles. That guy doesn't even like music.
Patrick Star: What a big meanie!
SpongeBob SquarePants: Now, Patrick, let's not be hasty. I think we should hear from Musa first, I'm sure she could have an explanation as to why her father disapproves of her musical talent.
Layla: (comes over and hugs Musa) If you wanna talk, I'm right here, okay?

Musa Tells Her Friends Why Ho-Boe Hates Music/Musa's Dream edit

(Musa, Layla, Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, Rabbit, Eeyore, SpongeBob, and Patrick move to overlook the edge of the Red Fountain campus)

Piglet: Musa, why doesn't your father like your interest in music?
Musa: It's not his fault, this all happened because I lost my mom years ago.
Patrick Star: You what? Why?
Musa: My mom started out as a classically trained singer, touring the realms with an opera company...

(Flashback begins with Matlin (Musa's mother) performing on stage, while Musa narrates)

Musa: ...that's when my dad first saw her.
(A much younger version of Ho-Boe is sitting in the audience, clapping as people cheer around him)
Audience member: This new soprano of yours truly has a remarkable gift, her voice is incredible.
Manager: As long as she sticks to the classics and stays within the canon, she'll be one of the greats.
Musa: My father was a prince. When he chose the path of a musician his family disowned him. But any doubts he had about his decision vanished when he first saw my mother perform.
Ho-Boe: (waits for Matlin outside the music hall) Ummm, hi, uh, excuse me. I've been working on this sort of, well I mean, I guess you could call it a pop song, and I was thinking how perfect it would be for someone as amazing as-
Matlin: Okay, I'd love to hear it. Why don't we get together tomorrow and you can play it for me.
(Ho-Boe gasps)
Musa: Dad hadn't actually finished the song, so he stayed up all night working on it.
(Ho-Boe is shown sitting at a piano, working on the song)
Musa: It was called 'Magic In My Heart'.
(Matlin is shown arriving at Ho-Boe's apartment)
Musa: Mom came by the next morning and instantly fell in love with the melody. And with Dad.
(Ho-Boe is shown playing the song for Matlin. They are then shown kissing)
Musa: So, there they were, a couple of rebels.
(Matlin and Ho-Boe are shown performing on a stage together)
Musa: She rejected her classical training and he rejected his royalty.
(Matlin and Ho-Boe are shown getting married)
Musa: All for each other and the music they loved. That's when I came into the picture.
(Ho-Boe and Matlin are shown holding baby Musa)
Musa: They had a hit single burning up the charts, so they took some time off for me.
Winnie the Pooh: So what happened to your mother, Musa?
Musa: A couple of years later, they put together a real strict-down, almost classical record.
(Matlin and Ho-Boe are shown performing on a stage again, when Matlin suddenly collapses)
Musa: But during the tour, Mom got sick.
Ho-Boe: (runs over to her) Darling! (holds Matlin as her eyes close)

(Flashback cuts back to reality for a second)

Musa: I remember Dad trying real hard to be the calm guy who could keep it together...

(Cuts back to flashback as Ho-Boe and Musa as a young girl are shown crying over a dying Matlin, who is lying on a bed)

Musa: ...the guy you could lean on for support. But on her last morning, Dad lost it.
(Ho-Boe is shown destroying instruments while Musa hides, looking scared)
Musa: He broke every instrument in the house, threw out all our records and CD's, burned all the song-books. He was like 'no more music ever'.

(Flashback cuts back to reality)

Piglet: Oh dear.
SpongeBob SquarePants: That's terrible, Musa. We had no idea.
Tigger: (gets sad) Poor Musa, having to grow up without a mother to love.
Rabbit: How did your mother die?
Musa: No one knows for sure, but there have been rumors saying that a mysterious witch had put a sickness spell on her.
Patrick Star: I guess that's why your dad didn't like music.
Eeyore: Yeah, he was too heartbroken.
Winnie the Pooh: So many painful memories of his past.
Layla: Sounds like it was too painful for him to be around music. And based on what he said this afternoon, it still is.
Musa: What do I do? There's no way I can perform tomorrow. I don't wanna leave Alfea, and I don't wanna lose my friends.
Layla: Then we'll cancel the show, and I'll extend my dance to fill your timeslot. We could work on it tonight, together. Everything's gonna be okay, sweetie.
Rabbit: Come on, everyone, let's all head back to Alfea. It's getting late.

(Back at Alfea, Layla performs a dance for Musa, Francis, Piff, Glim, Tune, Pooh, Tigger, SpongeBob, Patrick, and Mr. Krabs)

Musa: That was awesome, Layla! You're gonna blow 'em away!
Mr. Krabs: A fine performance, lass!
Tigger: "Definootley"!

(Later that night, Musa and Tecna are both sleeping, Musa tosses and turns)

(In Musa's dream, an auditorium with flashing lights is shown; an announcer's voice can be heard)
Announcer: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome to the stage: Musa.
(Musa runs onto the stage. She tries to sing, but can't. An audience of identical robots appears, but only one person can be heard clapping. The stage lights turn off)

(Tecna has woken up and is checking on Musa)

Tecna: Musa, are you alright?
(Musa wakes up)
Tecna: You were having a nightmare.
Musa: I was on stage. I could hear one person clapping.
Tecna: Were you able to see who it was, Musa?
Musa: I think it was my mom.

Musa Performs at the Red Fountain Concert edit

(The next day, Musa walks onto a stage set up in the Red Fountain stadium, but looks upset. Later, she went back to the Harmonic Nebula and stands in front of a grave at a cemetery, holding flowers)

Musa: Hey, Mom. So I came here to ask for your support on something. Dad doesn't want me to be a musician, and I think it's 'cause he can't forgive you for leaving us. And I don't wanna hurt him, and I'm scared of what might happen, but, Mom, everything I am is music. And if I don't perform tonight, a part of me will be gone, so I'm gonna do it. Please be with me.

(Later that night, Codatorta stands on a stage in front of a cheering crowd of Red Fountain and Alfea students)

Codatorta: And now, to honor the founders of Red Fountain, two of our best students will be performing for you this evening, the traditional fire dance of the elders. I give you Brandon and Prince Sky!
(Brandon and Sky come on stage wearing only pants with their chest painted with red designs. They both hold staffs with both ends set on fire; they twirl the staffs and perform tricks)
(Backstage, Layla, Musa, and Stella are getting ready with Ash, Mickey, their friends, and Brer Rabbit for support)
Goofy: It's almost time for your big number, Musa.
Stella: Come here, hun, let me freshen you up. (applies powder to Musa's face) You are gonna tear it up.
Musa: I don't know what's wrong with me, I can't find the first note.
Mickey Mouse: Don't worry, Musa, you'll be perfect.
Ash Ketchum: Yeah, you got nothing to lose.
Brer Rabbit: You're gonna rock Magix tonight.
(On stage, Brandon and Sky continue with their routine)
Codatorta: Alright, that was Brandon and Prince Sky. Let's have a big round of applause for 'em.
(The crowd cheers. Stormy, wearing her disguise, can be seen standing amongst them with Plankton hiding beside her, laughing menacingly)
Plankton: Oh goodie, everyone in Magix showed up. This is gonna be so sweet! (laughs wickedly)
Codatorta: And now, it is my pleasure to welcome to the stage our next performer-
Stella: I think this is you.
Codatorta: -here to sing for you is a very special fairy from Alfea-
(Musa puts her head in her hands)
Stella: Come on, sweetie, don't freak out.
Misty: Don't worry, Musa, we'll be watching you from backstage.
Codatorta: -who's charm and charisma is equalled only by her incredible musical talent. This girl is a star in the making.
Musa: Please, Mom, just be here with me.
Codatorta: Put your hands together for Musa!
(The crowd cheers and Musa runs on stage)
Musa: Hey!
Bloom: Go Musa!
(Pooh and his friends cheer)
SpongeBob and Patrick: Hooray!
(In the audience, Riven notices Musa on stage and gasps and then smiles)
Musa: This is the first song my Dad ever wrote for my Mom.
(Musa starts to sing)
Musa: Lonely mountain and tragic spells, forbidden potions from haunted realms. Seas of stardust, light years apart, fields of dragons that'll rip your heart. I face them all, and I survived to get right here as you arrived.
(Ho-Boe is standing in the audience, shocked by Musa's singing)
Musa: And when I heard your voice in song, I knew that I finally belonged. Now I know we'll never part, 'cause your magic lives inside my heart.
Francis: Here you go, pixie. (offers Tune a tissue because she is crying then offers one to Bloom, Flora, and Pooh and his friends who are also crying) Your friend is really amazing, isn't she?
Musa: And we'll always be together, 'cause your magic lives inside my heart forever.
(Ho-Boe is crying tears of joy)
Musa: And ever.

Musa Defeats Stormy and Plankton edit

(The song finishes and the crowd cheers, including Ho-Boe)

Mr. Krabs: (smells something, upon noting something isn't right at Red Fountain) What's that smell in the air? I smell Plankton!
Plankton: Okay, Stormy, playtime's over. Let's attack!
(Stormy appears behind Ho-Boe, drops her disguise, and hits him in the back with his magic)
Musa: Dad, no!
Winnie the Pooh: (gasps)
Piglet: (gasps)
Tigger: (gasps)
(Ash and his friends gasp)
Mickey Mouse: (horrified) Oh!
(Donald quacks in fear)
Goofy: (gasps)
Brer Rabbit: (gasps)
SpongeBob SquarePants: HOLY SHRIMP! STORMY AND PLANKTON!
Sandy Cheeks: So that Stormy is one of them no-good witches you warned us about?
Winnie the Pooh: That's right, Sandy. But what is she doing here with Plankton?
Stormy: Nobody move or the old man loses more than his hair. Except for you and your sponge friend, Musa, get down here.
Musa: Let him go! He's got nothing to do with this!
Plankton: Sure, Musa, we'll let him go, just as soon as you get down here and take his place. Now hand over the secret krabby patty formula!
SpongeBob SquarePants: You'll never get that formula, you twisted fiend!
Stormy: Then you might as well say goodbye to him. (hits Ho-Boe with her magic again)
Musa: Alright, you asked for it. SpongeBob and I took you two out once and we'll take you out again. (transforms into her Magic Winx form)
Stormy: Oh, we're not fighting Musa, you're surrendering the formula to Plankton or we're destroying your father right now.
Patrick Star: SpongeBob, what happened?
SpongeBob SquarePants: Plankton cheated.
Plankton: Cheated?! (to Stormy) Hold on there, Stormy! (runs over to SpongeBob) Oh, grow up. What, you think this is a game of kickball on the playground? You never had a chance to defeat us, fool! And you know why?
SpongeBob: Because you cheated?
Plankton: (looks dumbfounded) No, not because I cheated. Because I'm an evil genius! And you're just a loser. A stupid loser! (laughs)
SpongeBob SquarePants: I guess you're right, Plankton. I guess you won.
Mr. Krabs: SpongeBob, no! Don't listen to him! Don't give him me formula!
SpongeBob SquarePants: I'm sorry, Mr. Krabs. But this is the only way we could save Musa's dad.
Musa: (gets an idea) Wait! Before you take the formula away, there's something I need to say. Just don't hurt him.
Ho-Boe: Musa, no!
(Musa flies back down to the stage and approaches the microphone)
Rabbit: What are you doing?
Stormy: Good idea, get on the mic, and give us some last words.
Musa: Listen, I need each and every one of you to help me. Just sing with me, okay?
Ash Ketchum: "Sing"?
Pikachu: Pika?
Donald Duck: Huh?
Stella: What is she talking about? What good'll that do?
(The crowd is confused and Musa starts vocalizing)
Stormy: One last song for your farewell concert?
Plankton: What? What's going on?
(Musa keeps vocalizing)
Riven: Sing! Come on everyone, just do what Musa says. Sing along, it'll help her! She gets her power from music.
(People start joining in)
Riven: She'll be able to blow these villains away if everybody sings.
(More people join in)
Riven: That's it! Yeah!
Plankton: What?
Stormy: What are you trying to do, Musa?!
(Musa starts to glow and sings, while the crowd continues to vocalize)
Musa: And I never felt like this!
(The lights and singing grows louder)
Plankton: (screams) No!
Stormy: Oh, come on! What's going on here?!
(A bright light flies into the air)
Plankton: Her chops are too righteous!
Stormy: (screams as the bright light blinds her) No! Stop it! (screams again and the light forces her and Plankton to fly away)
Musa: Stormy and Plankton have left the building!
Stormy: No!
(Plankton screams)
(The crowd cheers)
Ash Ketchum: Yeah! We did it!
Tigger: "Absoposilutely"! We showed those villains a thing or three!
Musa: Alright!
Stella: That was awesome, girl!
SpongeBob SquarePants: Way to go, Musa! I never doubted you for a second!
Mr. Krabs: Clever thinkin' there, lass. Those plunderin' villains will think twice before threatening someone's family member to steal me krabby patty formula again!
Amore: How did you do that, Musa?
Musa: My magic comes from the music around me, so I just figured: the more singing the more power.
Riven: (offers Ho-Boe a hand-up) Your daughter's really amazing, isn't she?
Ho-Boe: She sure is. She's just like her mother.
Musa: Mom, thank you.
Codatorta: And now, to join Musa in another song, last year's Miss Magix winner, Stella! And joining them tonight is their backup dancers, SpongeBob, Patrick, Pooh, and Tigger!
(The crowd cheers as Stella walks onto the stage with Pooh, Tigger, SpongeBob, and Patrick, but she trips over)
Musa: Come on, guys, what do you say? All of us together, let's bring down the house.
Winnie the Pooh: You said it, Musa!
SpongeBob SquarePants: Let's rock!
(Stella stands up and approaches the microphone)
Musa: I hope that everybody is ready to move your feet, 'cause this tune we're gonna sing is called, 'This Is The Beat'. (starts vocalizing while Stella sings and Pooh, Tigger, SpongeBob, and Patrick dance)
Stella: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah.
