==Trivia== *Zordon and Alpha 5 make cameos in the remastered remake version of this film. Captain Neweyes also makes a cameo in the bonus ending for the remastered remake version. *The storyline continues in the rest of the Winnie the Pooh/Land Before Time saga, starting with Pooh's Adventures of The Land Before Time II: The Great Valley Adventure. *Tigger, Rabbit, and Petrie were previously voiced by the late Will Ryan. *The remastered remake version was originally planned to be narrated by Rafiki, but the decision was officially dropped (considering that this film does not feature any official guest stars and takes place way before the Littlefoot's Adventures Series, including Littlefoot's Adventures of The Lion King). *The original version was an NTSC film with NTSC bits from The Tigger Movie, Winnie the Pooh: A Very Merry Pooh Year, and Pooh's Heffalump Movie and PAL bits from The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Pooh's Grand Adventure: The Search For Christopher Robin, Piglet's Big Movie, and Pooh's Heffalump Halloween Movie. However, the remastered remake version is also an NTSC film with NTSC bits from the Winnie the Pooh films. *The TV show The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh was on ABC Saturday mornings at the time when The Land Before Time was released in Theaters in 1988. *The original version used the open matte full screen version of The Land Before Time. However, the remastered remake version uses the restored widescreen version of The Land Before Time. *This film is dedicated to the loving memories of Judith Barsi (1978-1988), who was the original voice of Ducky and died after being shot by her own father, Pat Hingle (1924-2009), who was the real film's narrator and the voice of Rooter and died of myelodysplasia, Bill Erwin (1914-2010), who was the original voice of Grandpa Longneck and died of natural causes, Judy Freudberg (1949–2012), who wrote the real film and died from complications of a brain tumor, James Horner (1953-2015), who composed the music for the real film and died in a plane crash, and Will Ryan (1949-2021), who was the original voice of Petrie, previously voiced Rabbit in Winnie the Pooh and a Day for Eeyore and Welcome to Pooh Corner (the latter of which he also voiced Tigger and provided the singing voice of Eeyore), once voiced Winnie the Pooh in an episode of Family Guy, and died from cancer. *Shawn Murphy mixed the music scores for both Pooh's Heffalump Movie and The Land Before Time. *This is Daniel Esposito's first Winnie the Pooh crossover with a non-Disney animated film. *The Land Before Time was re-released in the 30th Anniversary DVD playset alongside films 2, 3, 8, and 9 in 2018, the same year Christopher Robin was released in theaters. *The remake version of this film was originally planned to be released on November 18, 2018 for the real film's 30th anniversary, but was eventually pushed five years back, due to production delays with Ash Ketchum Goes to FernGully: The Last Rainforest. *At the end of the remastered remake version of this film, when Pooh mentions that he thinks "Zordon has something in store for Littlefoot and his friends for their own adventures", this may foreshadow Littlefoot's Adventures of The Goonies (which served as Littlefoot and his friends' very first adventure out of time and outside of The Great Valley). *One scene at the beginning includes the opening music cue from Dinosaur while one character bonding scene includes music cues from Jurassic Park, and Jurassic World.
