(the movie opens at New York at night, a sewer has been opened with our heroes beside it) 

* Mewtwo: Down here.
* Luigi: You are not seriously considering....

(everyone jumps in)

* Luigi: Guys! (laughs nervously, then jumps in)

(everyone follows Mewtwo)

* Good Fairy: Ew. Are you sure you know where you're going?
* Mewtwo: Trust me. I know these sewers. So I know where we're going.
* Donkey Kong: 11th and Bleecker?
* Stay Puft: (sniffs) Nope. This is only 9th Street. Ha. Get it?
* Good Fairy: Yuck.
* Misty: Good grief.
* Rabbit: D'oh.
* Stay Puft: Okay.
* C-3PO: And I thought nothing could be worse than searching for a giant monster in here.
* Tigger: Yuck, Tiggers don't like Sewers.
* R2-D2: (whistle, beep)
* C-3PO: But if our Master wishes to reunite with his family and mentor, it is our place to help. (see garbage) Help. (gets piled on by garbage) It's all in a day's work. But my poor circuits won't take much more of this superhero's abuse.
* Ash: Cheer up, 3P0. At least there's no sign of any of Godzilla's hatchlings.
* Brock: Yeah, Madison Square Garden is still in repairs, after Godzilla's Attack It is not possible that there is not a sighting of those things.
* Mario: And to think that we had reserved those tickets for the Basketball game between the Knicks against the Celtics, on par with the next Friday Night Smackdown.
* Luigi: Hmm, you'd be surprised.

(In a lair we see two humanoid turtles sleeping as our heroes watches them, Mewtwo sees a lighted room)

* Mewtwo: Stay here.

(our heroes agree, inside a humanoid rat named Splinter is seen)

* '''Splinter:''' Enter. Kneel, my son.
* '''Mewtwo:''' I returned from my training, master. I was so caught up helping Zordon, I forgot about everyone else. I'm sorry I failed.
* '''Splinter:''' On the contrary, my son....now you are much stronger.

(outside one of the turtles, Raphael, is seen)

* '''Splinter:''' Your strength is needed here now. You owe me no apology. But perhaps you and your friends can help us.
* '''Mewtwo:''' What's the trouble, master?
* '''Splinter:''' Many months after the Godzilla attack, the Foot Clan came here.
* '''Mewtwo:''' The Foot? Here?
* '''Splinter:''' Yes, my son. Oroku Saki has returned. He has gather young boys and teenagers to join his cause. He must be stopped.
* '''Mewtwo:''' I'm certain my friends and I will find him and the Foot in no time, master.
* '''Splinter:''' Good. Because until you can act as one with both families, your brothers will still be in training in the shadows.
* '''Mewtwo:''' Yes, sensei.
* '''Splinter:''' I have missed you, Mewtwo.
* '''Mewtwo:''' I've missed you too, Father.
* '''Splinter:''' Raphael. Your brother is home.
* '''Mewtwo:''' Hey.
* '''Raph:''' Hey. Welcome home.

* '''Donnie:''' What? Mewtwo.

* '''Mikey:''' Huh, Mewtwo? Is that really you?

(everyone laughs)

* '''Leo:''' Looks like you picked a good time to come home.
