This is the transcript for Pooh's Adventures of Pokémon Heroes.

Prologue: The Story of Latias and Latios/Annie and Oakley

(The movie begins with a close in shot of the planet Earth)

• Brock: (V.O.) Everyone has a dream that fills their heart. A journey they must take. A destiny to fulfill. As close as your imagination exists a magical place, where wonderous creatures with incredible powers, help make dreams come true. It's the world, of Pokemon.

(We soon see several shots of Pokemon in different habitats)

• Brock: (V.O.) People can capture Pokemon to be more than just pets. Human trainers and their Pokemon compete against others in amazing contests of skill and strategy. The best trainers, one day, become Pokemon masters.

(As Brock talks, we get a close in shot of a stadium filled with spectators as a Gengar and an Onix battle it out before the camera pulls back and reveals that battle is being broadcast on a TV in the bedroom of Ash Ketchum the night before he began his journey and what happened after as Brock speaks on)

• Brock: (V.O.) That's a dream that burns brightly for many. But none more so, than Ash Ketchum. One of the prides of Pallet Town began his journey after his tenth birthday. That's the day he was officially given his Pokemon license. Professor Oak gave Ash his very first Pokéball. Inside was an electric Pokemon whom Ash would spark a lifelong friendship, Pikachu. Together, Ash and Pikachu they fulfilled his dream on becoming the world's greatest Pokemon master as they Travel around the World. Joining them on their quest are Misty and yours truly, Brock, in the incredible world of Pokémon.
• Brock (V.O.): But it was Until we played a special Role in the Prophecy of the Ultimate Battle Between Good and Evil, under the Wisdom of Zordon of Eltar.

(the movie starts as a stone mural comes to life as moving images show a couple finding two children. But as a darkness takes hold, the children transform into a Latias and Latios and saves the city. As their kind appears, the Latias and Latios gives the couple an orb as they leave. Then the story transcends into a book and two voices are heard)

• Oakley: This is it. This is the book I was reading.
• Annie: Are you sure?
• Oakley: Yes, it tells everything. All about Latios and Latias,
• Annie: But also about the jewel, right?
• Oakley: Right, but the last chapter is what's really amazing.
• Annie: What's in the last chapter?
• Oakley: Shh. Hold on a sec.

(Footsteps are heard)

• Oakley: Someone's coming. (closes the book)

(The two figures, both revealed to be girls, make their escape as a security guard comes around)

• Guard: Somebody there?! Who's there?!

(The guard looks and finds a rose and a kiss-marked card in the place of the book the girls were reading, indicating that they stole it)

• Guard: What in the?

(The two girls make their escape off the rooftop of the building, revealed to be a library, they were stealing from and land in their getaway vehicle)

• Oakley: Here. (hands over the book)
• Annie: K. (takes it) Alright, so tell me what the last chapter's about, Oakley.
• Oakley: It tells all about how to operate a machine. Something called the Defense Mechanism of Alto Mare.

(The two thieves speed off and go off the road, prompting their car to turn into a jet)

• Oakley: It's amazing. According to that book, it's the most powerful weapon ever built.
• Annie: Oh, I'm not really interested in that. I care much more about that beautiful jewel.
• Oakley: Well, it turns out you have to use the Soul Dew to power it.
• Annie: Why do they call it the Soul Dew?
• Oakley: They say it contains the soul of a Latios, and it looks like a giant dewdrop.
• Annie: Speaking of Latios, we have to remember to capture those Pokemon for Giovanni. And we have to meet up with his Boss, Bowser Koopa and the New United Alliance of Evil. Something about an alien device to get one of his lairs back.
• Oakley: Oh, yeah. Right, The Leader of the New United Alliance of Evil and Son of Dark Specter

(Soon, both girls, revealed to be Team Rocket agents, reach their destination)

• Oakley: There it is.
• Annie: Looks nice, and so peaceful.
• Oakley: Not for long.
• Oakley: No one is going to stop us, not Even.....The Rebel Alliance.

(They soon soar towards the city they're nearing as the title rolls and the camera fades out)

The Tour de Alto Mare/Reunion

(Scene: Alto Mare)

• Mewtwo (Narrating): 100 Acre Wood Rebel Alliance Mission Log: Entry #2003, this is General Mewtwo Reporting. Zordon and Alpha have found a mysterious source of energy enroute to the city of Alto Mare, One of the many places found in the Johto Region, it kinda bears a resemblance to the Cities of Venice and Florence, Italy during the Renaissance.
• Mewtwo (Narrating): According to Mario and Luigi, every year they celebrate the 'annual Tour de Alto Mare' a chariot race very similar to the Italian Vogalonga and Regata Storica throughout the canals of Alto Mare by using Water Type Pokémon, and fortunately our friends and Allies, Ash Ketchum, Pikachu, Brock and Misty are in that city on Vacation, where apparently Ash and Misty will be competitors, knowing they're still Rivals even in Pokémon Battles.
• Mewtwo (Narrating): But now we must be careful out there, especially with the new member of the New United Alliance of Evil, Krang, one of the villains of Dark Specter's Inner Circle who has escaped from Dimension X.

(Scene: Command Ship)

• Mario (O.S.): there it is, Paisanos the City of Alto Mare.
• Mario: One of the Cities of Johto Region, for some reason it reminds me of Venice and Florence, during Italian Renaissance.
• Aisling: we thought you and Luigi, were from Brooklyn?
• Luigi: Our Family is from Italian immigrants. Bambina, even though we are from New York, we cannot We cannot forget our Italian descent.
• Mario: Specially for their Famous Spaghetti.
• Michelangelo: and don't forget Pizza.

(Aisling and Moonlight Shimmer Giggles)

• Eeyore: it Figures.
• Mewtwo: Well, we're not on vacation, Everyone, remember what we came for .
• Rabbit: He's Right, we have a Mission, and We already know that Ash, Brock, Misty, Pikachu and Togepi are here too.
• Donatello: If Zordon and Alpha's information is true, apparently Bowser and the new United Alliance of Evil, seek a series of Pieces, to reconstruct some kind of Interdimensional Portal and rebuilding an Arc Capacitor.
• Moonlight Shimmer: I bet that has to do with that Krang Character, no wonder he's labeled a Traitor to the Utrom High Council and wanted by The United Galactic Federation, knowing his connections with The United Alliance of Evil, Especially Dark Specter's.
• Mewtwo: There's no doubt about it, Bowser already knows that Dark Specter's Comeback is Near and that Maniac is the Key of all of it.
• Fugitoid: in that case I will activate the Camouflage systems of the Ship and prepare the Powertank, it is important not to attract attention.
• Billy Cranston: keep your Communication Channels on the Gummiphones and the Communicators, we'll be on touch.
• Aisling: Thanks Billy.

[Inside the Omega Doomship, Krang and Bowser watch Team Rocket Soaked on the giant monitor.]

• Krang: "Watch this, Lord Bowser."
• Bowser: "You muddle-headed Morons. Quit wasting time. Start operation Hero Overwatch."

The Chase/the Museum

• Aisling: You can tell how blushing you are with that girl or not... "Romeo".
• Ash: Ais, sometime you will stop being so gossipy.
• Moonlight Shimmer: Really or isn't that Latias who has now a Crush on you?
• Ash: Moonlight!
• Good Fairy: Enough you three.

The Secret Grove/Seeing Latios and Latias

• Mario (OS): Here we go, Nephew.

(The Mario Bros. Pooh and his Friends appears)

• Ash (OS): Uncle Mario!, Uncle Luigi!, Pooh Bear, Guys!
• Mario: This Little Mischievous Pokémon is causing you trouble, Ash?, leave it to us.
• Ash: Uncle, No!

(Mario and Tigger tries to Catch Latias disappears and Mario and Tigger falls into the water.)

• Ash: Latias no, it's just our friends, they're not Enemies.
• Mario: Now we know what the Coyote feels like when he tries to catch the Road Runner.
• Tigger: Tiggers don't Like Water.
• Ash: Sorry, Guys she's kinda shy Like Fluttershy.

(they Grab Mario and Tigger, while they begin to Soak them)

• Mario: Ash, hear us this, Mewtwo and the Good Fairy are looking for you, the Two Girls that you and your New Friend met in the Town Square, are Team Rocket's Agents and that means that Bowser and the New United Alliance of Evil are here in Alto Mare.
• Ash: Bowser and the New United Alliance of Evil?!, I've should've Known.
• Pikachu: Pika!
• Winnie the Pooh: That's what we came here for.
• Luigi: Indeed, Zordon and Alpha informed us that one of Dark Specter's Trusted Allies is looking for a series of parts to create an interdimensional Portal to bring the Technodrome to Earth, It seems that Latios and Latias, and the Soul Dew are the key to all this, and knowing Bowser will not give up anything to bring him Back.
• Ash: Tell them to Reunite with you at the Museum, I'll Notify Brock and Misty that you're Here.
• Mario: Tommy and the Rangers already explained them as we speak, for now we have to Regroup on the Museum.

Villain Meeting/Capturing Latios and the Soul Dew

(Scene Omega Doomship, Bowser appears)

[Bowser enters. Team Rocket Grunts looked at him]

• Bowser: [screaming] Idiots!

[walked to Team Rocket Grunts and began to hitting them]

• Bowser: Your worthless!

[turns to Jessie, James and Meowth, points them]

• Bowser: And you!
• Jessie, James and Meowth: Us?
• Bowser: You lost Latias and Latios? You let them get away.
• Jessie: we told those two Bimbettes not to go where they shouldn't.
• Oakley: Bimbettes!?
• Annie: What did you do?, thanks to your antics Team Rocket became a laughing stock because you did not stop Zordon's chosen ones in the first place.
• Jessie: don't make me laugh, you reminds me a lot of Cassidy, you couldn't even with the Rangers!
• Azula: Oh, Shut up and grow up, for Once Jessie!.
• Bowser: Those two are better Cat Burglars than you, Until then forget about Capturing Ketchum's Pikachu and the Rebels on your own, you'll remain in the dungeon until further notice!, Okay!
• James: Come on, don't punish us.
• Meowth: Yeah, Boss.
• Bowser: Ecliptor, Tiger Claw.
• Ecliptor: Allow us.

(Ecliptor and Tiger Claw send Jessie, James and Meowth to the Dungeons)

• Olympius: Never send three morons to do a koopa's job.
• Oakley: how were we going to know that this "World Champion" would not be alone, The Rebel Alliance is more Tougher than we Expected.
• Annie: If the Rebels are on Alto Mare, it's likely that Zordon already knows that Krang is now on earth while we're going to bring the Technodrome.
• Lord Zedd: The Return of the Great Monarch of Evil is Near, but Ketchum and the Rebels are going to make things very difficult for us.
• Bowser: Don't underestimate them, they've been Flies in my Soup for a long time.

Chase through the City/Reunion with Krang in the Technodrome

(Scene: Omega Doomship)

• Bowser Koopa: We are close to our goal, Ladies and gentlemen. The device you see before you, the Technodrome 2.0.5 allows an average human being to power a city block. In our hands, that power would be limitless we need Latios and Latias to the Energy Source.
• Annie: Yeah, plans and speeches are all well and good but I think you're forgetting about one thing. The Rebels.
• Bowser Koopa: I've Already prepared for that Eventuality, Ladies.
• Bowser Koopa: Allow to me to Introduce our "Insurance Policy" from Dimension X.
• Krang: [Krang enters]  Enthusiasms, enthusiasms. What are mine? What is it that gives me joy?

[murmuring from the delegates]

• Krang: Destroying Zordon of Eltar and the 100 Acre Wood Rebel Alliance. In facing the Chosen Ones now is the time for what? Individual achievement! But in a mob... part of a team.
• Oakley: But I get nowhere unless the team takes out Ketchum and the Rebels.
• Bowser: (all the Villains start chanting "team" in agreement) We shall see how long your dear Earth will perish, Zordon of Eltar! (Bowser smashes a wineglass, spilling its contents over the table)

Oakley tries to Kill Ash/Rescuing Latios/“Don’t Touch That!”

• Oakley (to Ash): You Pity Me, "World Champion,"Now I see why Giovanni and Bowser have you on their Blacklist.
• Oakley: Now you will pay for your meddling!

(then Clonetroopers Blaster Fires Appear)

• Oakley: What the?
• Mario: Rock 'n' roll! Let's go!
• Annie: The Rebels!

(The Rebels and the Clonetroopers Appear)

• Raphael: is This a private Party, or can anybody join?
• Ash: Guys!, What are you doing here?, this is my Fight.
• Sora Takenouchi: And miss all of this?
• Tai Kamiya: There's no way we'd do that.
• Mario (to Ash): True, we are a Team, because there are things you can't do on your own.
• Ash: Uncle Mario...

(Aisling in her Lopunny Form Attacks the Quantrons, Team Rocket Grunts and appears in front of Ash)

• Aisling (Lopunny Form): Very tricky, Ash.
• Donatello: Stubborn is more like it.
• Mewtwo: (Puts his Hand on Ash's Shoulder) Stubborn, yes. But brave.
• Moonlight: Yep
• Pikachu and Latias: (Nods)
• Oakley: Mewtwo!
• Mewtwo: Ready Rebels!?.
• Annie: No Way!
• Tommy Oliver: It's Morphin' Time!

(Morph Sequence)

• Tomax Oliver: Dragonzord!
• Tommy Oliver: Tigerzord!
• Adam Park: Mastodon!
• Kimberly Hart: Pterodactyl!
• Billy Cranston: Triceratops!
• Aisha Campbell: Sabertooth Tiger!
• Rocky DeSantos: Tyrannosaurus!

(They Morph into the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers)

• Agumon: Agumon
• Gabumon: Gabumon
• Both: WARP DIGIVOLVE TO......

(They Begin to Digivolve into)

• Wargreymon: WARGREYMON!
• Metalgarurumon: METALGARURUMON!

• Mewtwo: You'll never Dishonor the Rebel Alliance, we'll always stand United and Proud!
• Oakley: After them!

(The Clonetroopers point their Weapons to Annie and Oakley while Aisling and Moonlight show their Rebel Alliance Badges)

• Aisling: Consider yourselves lucky, Ladies, you're the first Team Rocket agents to be the new patients at Arkham Asylum in Gotham City
• Mewtwo: Take them to the Isolation Chamber, and make sure to Notify Officer Jenny about this.
• Cody: Yes Sir.

(Anne's Communicator Rings)

• Bowser (Comlink): Bowser Koopa to Anne and Oakley, come in!
• Mewtwo: I'm afraid your Ladies aren't available now, Bowser.
• Bowser (Enrages): Mewtwo.
• Mewtwo (comlink): I don't know who is crazier, you or Giovanni, I think that the two of you should share a cell and with a straitjacket.

Tidal Wave/Latios’ Sacrifice/War on Alto Mare

• Tai Kamiya: Talk about your crispy ice-cold slag...(to Mewtwo) What do we do now, Chief?
• Mewtwo: For now...regroup
• Mewtwo: and Prepare for what will be the Combat of our Lives.
• Mewtwo (to Rex): Rex, Organize an Evacuation Brigade, all civilians must be evacuated.
• Rex: Yes Sir.
• Aisling: Misty and Brock are already on the Command Ship as we speak, Father.

(Ash Clenches his fist of Anger)

• Ash: What You Did Bowser, is unforgivable from me, compared to what you did to my Lost Cousin years ago.
• Tai Kamiya: I know what it's like to lose Someone, when it comes to a Friend or in this case.
• Tai Kamiya (to Latias): A Brother.

(Latias and Pikachu Nuzzle and Comforts Ash)

• Ash: Bowser wants a War?, We'll give him a War.

(Scene: Omega Doomship)

• Kamek: Sire, Oakley and Annie have failed and are now in the custody of the Rebels, they are now on their way to Arkham Asylum.
• Bowser: although I admire the Determination of those two, they have already fulfilled their mission, the Technodrome is on its way Warn Ecliptor and the Others to get ready, Alto Mare is already a War Zone now.
• Kamek: Yes Sir.
• Bowser: Now where are those Three Clowns?

Battle on the Technodrome/“Meet Krang”/Escape

• Raphael: It's Not that bad it's just a Dumb Robot
• Aisling: Guys I don't think it's one of Eggman's droids.
• Michelangelo: [taps Krang suit] I was expecting way worse...
• Ash: and What would be look like?
• Michelangelo: I Don't know like a Mustache Maybe?, Evil Goatee or Something you know what i'm saying?

[Krang pops out as Michelangelo and Luigi Scream]

• Iago: Holy Slag!
• Michelangelo: It's like a chewed-up piece of gum, with a face!
• Bowser: Where are our manners? Rebels meet my father's chief inventor and member of the Inner Circle, Krang!
• Pooh and Pals: Krang?
• Krang: I'll only warning you once, get off our ship.
• Ash: Great another member of the Inner Circle.
• Mewtwo: Izzy you and Donnie, get to the console. Let's send this jacked-up disco ball back to the Dark Lands.
• All: Right!
• Ash: Let's do this, for Latios.
• Tommy: Hey Bubblicious, let's see what you got.
• Krang: I'll show you what I got! This!

(He begins to Attack)

• Raphael: This dude's tougher than I thought.
• Aisling: Not like the Krang we met during the TMNT Multiverse event he was more dumber than Shredder's Cartoonish Counterpart.
• Mewtwo (to Bowser): That was what it was about?, bringing in yet another of your Father's Traitors, you are becoming more mad and deranged than usual.
• Bowser: On the Contrary, I am "sanier" than in my entire Life.
• Ash: What you did to Latios has no Forgiveness and now you are going to Pay for it!
• Bowser (to Stormtroopers): Shoot to Kill that Flyer!

(Latias transforms into Mega Latias and Attacks Bowser)

(Gummiphone Rings)

• Tai Kamiya (to Gummiphone): GF?
• Good Fairy: Gosei Ultimate Command Ship and the Shogunzords are on their way.

(The Command Ship and the Shogunzords Appear)

• Mewtwo: Let's Roll!
• All: Right!

(The Shogunzords begin to Form the Shogun Megazord)

• All: Technodrome, Down!
• Ash: But they Escaped, This Isn't Over, Bowser.

(Scene: Omega Doomship)

• Bowser: Get everything ready, when we go to Ryme City.

Searching for Latias and Latios/Latios Last Sightshare

(Scene: Command Ship)

• Good Fairy (OS): Commander Krang.
• Good Fairy: he was once a Member of the Utrom Council, until he's discovered as a member of Dark Specter's Inner Circle he was imprisoned in a SPD Maximum Security Complex.
• Good Fairy: According to former SPD Cadet, Jack Landors, he ended up making a Deal with Broodwing.
• Rabbit and Tigger: Broodwing?
• Aisling: one of Emperor Grumm's former allies, an Arms Dealer, offered Weapons, Robots, Soldiers, all for Money, it is even said that he stole the Dino Gems that Conner McKnight, Kira Ford and Ethan James, used to become the Power Rangers Dino Thunder and how they accidentally ended up in NewTech City while Helping Cruger's Cadets.
• Mewtwo: Now another member of Dark Specter's Inner Circle has joined Bowser's Ranks and that will be a real problem.
• Tai Kamiya: Chief, I Have a Doubt, What Will Happen If He Betrays Bowser?
• Tai Kamiya: let's not forget that Zhan Tiri was a member and betrayed Bowser in order to Destroy Corona.
• Donatello: he's right, according to the Intel, Krang betrayed one of Shredder's human counterparts, and ended up frozen.

(Scene: Aether Paradise)

• Summer Gleason (TV): As you can see from the images, this is the result of a devastating chain of events, caused by the nefarious presence of Bowser Koopa and the New United Alliance of Evil, something that has not been seen since the Godzilla attack on New York years ago.
• Summer Gleason: In Other News, the Thieves have been identified as Annie and Oakley both belonging to Team Rocket, but thanks to the intervention of the 100 Acre Wood Rebel Alliance, Angel Grove's Special Task Force and Squadron Unit, they have been held and sent the two Criminals to Arkham Asylum. In other news, Lusamine of the Aether Foundation has managed to sign an Agreement with Thorndyke Industries to form a Branch between the Aether Foundation in the City of Angel Grove.

(TV Turns off)

Good-Bye/Ending

(Scene: Shipyard)

• Ash: Hey.

(Bianca, or Latias, then hands Ash the rolled up piece of paper she took from Bianca's room before kissing him, to the shock and surprise of most of the group)

• Pikachu: Pika! ("Oh my!")

(She soon turns and leaves)

• Ash: Hey, uh... Bye.

(As Ash talks, Bianca or Latias runs off)

• Misty: Wait a sec. Was that Bianca, or Latias?
• Aisling: Beats me.
• Brock: I don't know, but I am extremely jealous!
• Spike (MLP): What Ash does have what we don't have?.
• Aisling: nor that you were the last idiots on Earth.
• Spike (MLP): Envious.

Bonus Ending: Moonlight Shimmer’s Discovery/Mewtwo Disappears

• Mewtwo (to Aisling): Farewell....Daughter.
