(Above the skies, Mew flies out of the clouds and spots New Island)

(Mew flies towards a windmill and sees an opportunity to have a little fun)

* '''Mew:''' Mew. (flies and sits on a blade, then falls toward another) Mew! (falls again) Mew! (giggles)

(Meanwhile inside the island the Mysterious Woman leads our heroes up the stairs towards a pair of large doors, the doors open as the Woman leads our heroes inside turning off her lantern)

* '''Mysterious Woman:''' Now that you are here, all trainers worthy of an audience with my master are present.
* '''Ash Ketchum and his Friends:''' Huh?

(Our heroes see a big table with Corey, Fergus, and Neesha sitting)

* '''Ash Ketchum:''' There's only three of them.
* '''Tigger:''' Hey wait a minute, aren't we gonna wait for the other trainers?
* '''Mysterious Woman:''' Only the trainers capable of braving the storm have proven themselves worthy in my master's eyes.
* '''Brock:''' Do you mean that storm was some kind of test?
* '''Mysterious Woman:''' Please release you Pokémon from their PokéBalls and join the others. It will not be long before my master's intentions are clear.

(the doors start closing behind our heroes, outside Team Rocket looks at the closed doors)

* '''James:''' Locked out. Now we'll never know what kind of party we're missing!
* '''Jessie:''' Then we'll just have to crash that party.
* '''Meowth:''' You know another way in?
* '''Jessie:''' Look over there.
*'''Meowth:''' Huh?

(Team Rocket sees a sewage pipe)

* '''Meowth:''' Dah! But Jessie, how are we going to swim up that thing?
* '''Jessie:''' Pretend you're a catfish!

(James and Meowth sighs as Mew passes behind Team Rocket. Jessie senses something then turns just as Mew disappears)

* '''James:''' Something wrong, Jessie?
* '''Jessie:''' No. Come on. Let's get going.
* '''Meowth:''' I think this plan's all wet.

(Inside the main hall, Ash, Pooh, and their friends along with their Pokémon walk toward the table)

* '''Misty's Pysduck:''' Psy-ya-ya duck.
* '''Corey:''' (turns and sees our heroes) What took you guys so long?
* '''Tigger:''' Would you believe we got help from a Legendary Pokémon?
* '''Ash Ketchum:''' Uh, how did you get here?
* '''Corey:''' I decided to fly over. It was easy. Hurricane winds are a breeze for Pidgeot here. Hey guys, say hello.

(Corey's Venusaur, Rhyhorn, Scyther, Sandslash and Hitmonlee greet our heroes)

* '''Winnie the Pooh''', '''Ash Ketchum''', '''and Pals''': (awe in amazement)

(A Gyarados, Vaporeon, Tentacruel, Nidoqueen, Golduck, and Seadra greets our heroes)

* '''Fergus:''' Those are my Pokémon. It was no problem getting through that storm. I rode over on Gyarados' back.
* '''Rabbit:''' Ash here told us it takes skill to train that thing.
* '''Fergus:''' Yeah, but once you train it, it's the most dependable Pokémon there is.

(Gyarados roars in agreement)

* '''Neesha:''' You haven't met my Pokémon. Over there.

(Neesha's Wigglytuff races towards it's fellow Pokemon: Blastoise, Dewgong, Vileplume, Rapidash, and Ninetales, then greets our heroes)

* '''Ash and his Friends:''' (giggles)

(the lights turns off)
* '''Tigger:''' Hey, who turn out the lights?
(Pikachu and Togepi looks around then a blue light is shown at a spiral staircase)

* '''Winnie the Pooh:''' Excuse me ma'am, what is happening?
* '''Mysterious Woman:''' You are about to meet my master. The time has come for your encounter with the greatest Pokémon Master on Earth.

(Fergus's Gyarados roars, Neesha's Blastoise and Ninetales prepares, Pikachu and Togepi races towards Ash and Misty, a shadow then descends down)

* '''Corey's Venusaur''': Ven.
* '''Ash Ketchum:''' What's that?
* '''Pikachu:''' Pika!

(the shadow descending reveals to be Mewtwo. Meanwhile, Team Rocket walks through the sewers until they reach a ladder, with Mew close behind messing with Meowth until it disappears)

(Meanwhile, Mewtwo finally lands in amazement of our heroes)

* '''Mysterious Woman:''' Yes. The world's greatest Pokémon Master is also the most powerful Pokémon on Earth. This is the ruler of New Island and soon the whole world: Mewtwo.
* '''Ash Ketchum:''' Mewtwo.
* '''Pikachu:''' Pika.
* '''Winnie the Pooh and Pals''': (awe in amazement)
* '''Fergus:''' A Pokémon can't be a Pokémon Master! No way!
* '''Mewtwo and Mysterious Woman:''' Quiet, human. From now on, I am the one who makes the rules.
* '''Rabbit:''' It can talk?!
* '''Misty:''' How's it talking?
* '''Brock:''' It's psychic.

(Mewtwo uses his Psychic powers to lift Fergus much to Winnie the Pooh, Ash, and their friends' horror, then tosses him toward his Water Pokémon)

* '''Fergus:''' (surfaces) We'll show you! Let's go, Gyarados!

(Gyarados heads toward Mewtwo)

* '''Fergus:''' Gyarados, Hyper-Beam attack!

(Gyarados launches his Hyper-Beam toward Mewtwo, but Mewtwo deflects it back at it and hits it toward the fountain)

* '''Ash and his Friends''' (gasps)
* '''Tigger:''' Yikes!
* '''Fergus:''' (swims towards his defeated Pokémon) Gyarados!
* '''Mewtwo and Mysterious Woman:''' Child's Play.
* '''Tigger:''' Hey! Why don't ya pick on someone your own size, ya big bully?
* '''Mewtwo and Mysterious Woman:''' Calm down, Tigger. I have no intention of hurting you and your companions.
* '''Rabbit:''' Wait a minute. Wait a minute! You know us?
* '''Mewtwo and Mysterious Woman:''' All will be explained. But first....
* '''Mewtwo:''' Your usefulness has ended.
* '''Mysterious Woman:''' Huh? (moans)

(Brock catches the woman who is revealed to be Nurse Joy, Joy then wakes up)

* '''Brock:''' Nurse Joy!
* '''Nurse Joy:''' Where am I? And how in the world did I get here?
* '''Mewtwo:''' You have been under my control.
* '''Nurse Joy:''' Huh?
* '''Mewtwo:''' I transported you here from the Pokémon Center. Your knowledge of Pokémon physiology proved useful to my plan. And now I have cleansed your tiny human brain of memories from the past few weeks.
* '''Winnie the Pooh:''' Excuse me, what exactly do you mean by that?
* '''Mewtwo:''' With my power, it is easy to control something as simple as the human brain.
* '''Winnie the Pooh:''' Oh.
* '''Brock:''' Who are you?!
* '''Mewtwo:''' I am the new ruler of this world. The master of humans and Pokémon alike.
* '''Misty:''' You're just a bully!
* '''Pikachu:''' Pika!
(At a glowing hallway a stone slab is lifted, then Team Rocket climbs out then roams the hallway, then a door opens revealing to be a laboratory, Team Rocket looks at strange tubes)

* '''Meowth:''' Look at these!

(the tubes show a Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise with different markings sleeping)

* '''Meowth:''' They're Pokémon!
* '''James:''' Are they real?
* '''Jessie:''' (pounders then sighs disappointed) I was hoping there'd be a party. Hmph.

(Jessie sits on a button turning on a strange machine, Team Rocket looks)

* '''Computer''': This is the Pokémon Replication System. System Activated. Pokémon based on Genetic Analysis. Pokémon DNA sampling sequence, now in progress.

(Strange Claws pick up Meowth)

* '''Meowth:''' Hey! Put me down! What are you... Let go! Oof. (rides on conveyer belt) HELP!
* '''James:''' Meowth!
* '''Jessie:''' Grab him!
* '''Meowth:''' Help me. (claws rip Meowth's fur from it's tail) OW!

(Team Rocket falls out of the machine)

* '''Meowth:''' (looks at his tail) I made it. But just by a hair.

(the machine reveals a video screen)

* '''Jessie:''' Look! There's your hair.
* '''Computer:''' Analyzing Pokémon biomaterial sample. Analysis complete. Pokémon identified, begin replication sequence.
* '''James:''' Who's that Pokémon?
* '''Jessie:''' It's Meowth.

(Machine transforms Meowth's fur into a clone Meowth, Team Rocket gasps)

* '''Jessie and James:''' Meowth!
* '''Meowth:''' But I'm Meowth!
* '''James:''' So's the one in the tank.
* '''Jessie:''' That's your clone.
* '''Meowth:''' Huh?
* '''Mew:''' Hmm?
* '''Dr. Fuji''' (recording): I haven't got much time! I pray this record of our experiment survives! A year ago, we discovered a fossil that proves to be the remains of the Ancient Pokémon, Mew.

(Team Rocket races toward the computer)

* '''Dr. Fuji''' (recording): There was sufficient material to replicate Mew, but Giovanni, who funded our project, insisted we try to design super clones more powerful than any living Pokémon. Many attempts failed. But finally our experiments proved successful. We produced a living Pokémon. We called it Mewtwo! But for some reason the creature's anger is out of control. With it's Psychic powers, it is destroying our laboratory. We dreamed of creating the World's Strongest Pokémon, and we succeeded.
