(outside Corey, Fergus, and Neesha sends out their Pokémon: Pidgeot, Gyarados, and Dewgong and head to New Island)

* '''Officer Jenny:''' Come back here, or I'll place you under arrest!

(Neesha gets on her Dewgong)

* '''Dewgong:''' Dewgong-gong!
* '''Officer Jenny:''' Come back! (hat flies off) Oh!
* '''Miranda:''' Some trainers have no fear.
* '''Officer Jenny:''' Hmm?
* '''Miranda:''' To them, this is just one more challenge. They follow their hearts. That is what sets them apart and will make them Pokémon Masters.

(Fergus and his Gyarados & Neesha and her Dewgong head to New Island)

* '''Miranda:''' Good luck to all of you.

(Meanwhile at the other side of the docks, Ash, Pooh, and their friends prepare to leave, too)

* '''Ash Ketchum:''' The world's greatest Pokémon Master is waiting for me. 
* '''Tigger:''' Yeah, so is our Agent X friend.
* '''Eeyore''': If you ask me, not that anybody is. How are we gonna get there?
* '''Ash Ketchum:''' Let's use our Pokémon to get to that island.
* '''Pikachu:''' Pika!
* '''Misty:''' Ash, our Pokémon aren't strong enough. They can't handle giant waves like this.
* '''Ash Ketchum:''' (disappointed) Guess you're right.
* '''Pikachu:''' (disappointed) Pika-pika.
* '''Rabbit:''' Wait a minute. Wait a minute! We can't just give up! Agent X is counting on us.
* '''Misty:''' But what can we do, Rabbit? We can't handle giant waves like this.
* '''Rabbit:''' Patience! We'll find a way to get there.
* '''Winnie the Pooh:''' And so we will. What we need is... Think, think, think.

(Suddenly a boat appears with Vikings on it)

* '''Jessie:''' You vant to cross maybe? 
* '''Tigger:''' (laughs) Yeah. We need to get to New Island, fast.
* '''Winnie the Pooh:''' Can you take us there?
* '''Jessie:''' Ve take you, ja. Ve Vikings are used to big vaves. Ve get you to New Island faster than you can say "Fahrvergnügen."
* '''Rabbit:''' Well, what are we waiting for? (clears throat) Ready? Forward, march!
* '''Jessie:''' (as she and James rows) Stroke! Stroke! Stroke! Stroke! Stroke! (sighs) I think I'm going to have one.
* '''Brock:''' I didn't know Vikings still existed.
* '''Rabbit:''' Me neither. Christopher Robin said they were extinct long ago.
* '''Tigger:''' Yeah. Where else where would we find them if they're not extinct?
* '''Ash Ketchum:''' They mostly live in Minnesota.
* '''Tigger:''' Minnesota Vikings? Where have I heard that before?
* '''Piglet:''' I d-d-d-don't like this.
* '''Misty:''' I think Piglet's right. Are you sure this boat's safe? (boat tumbles)
* '''Jessie:''' Don't vorry. This ship von't let you down. Ve alvays sail in da rough veather. Don't get upset.
* '''Meowth:''' Tell my stomach.
* '''Jessie''' and '''James:''' Heave! Ho! Heave! Ho! Heave! Ho!
* '''Misty:''' It's all right, Togepi. We're going to be okay. (Togepi hides in Misty's bag)

(a giant wave appears Pooh, Ash, their friends, and Team Rocket scream as wave crashes, boat rises as everyone recuperates, Pooh and Pals gasp as Team Rocket's disguises are gone)

* '''Ash Ketchum:''' Those aren't Vikings.
* '''Tigger:''' Who are they?
* '''Misty:''' It's Team Rocket!
* '''Brock:''' I should've known there was something fishy about them besides the way they smell!
* '''Jessie:''' Ha! Prepare for trouble.
* '''James:''' Make it double.
* '''Meowth:''' Forget the motto. We're going to have to wait....(wave crashing into them again separating them)

(Pooh and Pals splash under the water) 

* '''Tigger''': That was big drop.
* '''Piglet''': W-w-w-what's that?

(they turn in fear as they see a giant blue whale-like Pokémon called Kyogre heading toward them)

* '''Kyogre:''' (roars)
* '''Pooh and Pals:''' (screams)

(Kyogre swims towards Pooh and Pals as scene fades to Misty summoning her Staryu and swim to the surface)

* '''Brock:''' Ash! Pooh! Misty!
* '''Misty:''' Have you seen Ash, Pooh, and Pikachu?
* '''Brock:''' Not yet! (wave crashes into them)

(Under the water Misty and Brock sees Ash and Pikachu on Ash's Squirtle)

* '''Ash Ketchum:''' Stay together. It's our only hope.

(Ash, Misty, and Brock continue toward New Island while crashing into waves and into the sea until Squirtle sees light ushering Staryu to follow him making it through the storm and into safety)

* '''Pikachu:''' (hears Kyogre's roar) Pi? Pika!
* '''Ash Ketchum:''' Hmm? Hey, look!

(Pooh and his friends rises from the sea riding on Kyogre)

* '''Piglet:''' We're all w-w-w-wet.
* '''Eeyore:''' (shakes) That happens when you've been riding on a big Pokémon under the sea, Piglet.
* '''Ash Ketchum:''' Pooh Bear!
* '''Misty:''' Hey guys!
* '''Brock:''' Are you alright?
* '''Winnie the Pooh:''' Oh, yes! We're alright.
* '''Tigger:''' (laughs) Yeah! This big whale-like Pokémon got us through the storm.
* '''Ash Ketchum:''' It's a Kyogre!
* '''Rabbit:''' Kyogre?
* '''Misty:''' Yeah! A Legendary Water-type Pokémon from Hoenn.
* '''Kyogre:''' (roars)
* '''Tigger:''' Now that the gang's together again, next stop, New Island!
* '''Piglet:''' But w-w-where is it?
* '''Pikachu:''' Pi? Pika!
* '''Ash Ketchum:''' Hmm? Hey, look!

(our heroes see New Island)

* '''Rabbit:''' Alright Kyogre, help us toward the island please.
* '''Kyogre:''' (roars, swims toward New Island)

(As Kyogre takes our heroes toward New Island, Mew flies around in the clouds, meanwhile at New Island our heroes still on Kyogre head toward the dock where the Mysterious Woman awaits them alongside Ash and his friends, our heroes get oon the dock)

* '''Winnie the Pooh:''' Thank you for helping us, Kyogre.
* '''Rabbit:''' Now you be careful under the sea. And watch out for Pokémon Hunters.
* '''Kyogre:''' (roars, swims away)
* '''Winnie the Pooh:''' Goodbye, Kyogre.
* '''Piglet:''' What a nice Legendary Pokémon.
* '''Tigger:''' Yeah. And what a great rescuer, too. (laughs) 
* '''Rabbit''': Alright, no more fun and games. We got a friend to meet.
* '''Mysterious Woman:''' My master bids you welcome to New Island. You must be my Master's special guests.
* '''Piglet:''' Yes, ma'am. We got here as soon as we could.
* '''Winnie the Pooh:''' Oh, yes. That reminds me, these are our Pokémon Trainer friends we promised him.
* '''Mysterious Woman:''' I see. (to Ash and his Friends) Will you kindly present your invitation?
* '''Ash Ketchum:''' Uh. Hmm. (grabs invitation) Here it is, miss.
* '''Hologram:''' The bearers of this invitation may be admitted to New Island.
* '''Brock:''' Hmm? I knew l recognized that face.
* '''Mysterious Woman:''' What?
* '''Brock:''' Aren't you the nurse who's missing from the treatment center?
* '''Misty:''' You do look just like her.
* '''Mysterious Woman:''' I fear you are mistaken. I've always dwelt on this island and have always been in the service of my master. Please, come this way. My master awaits your arrival.
* '''Rabbit''': You heard the woman, gang. (clears throat) Ready? Forward, march!

(Pooh, Ash, and their friends follow the woman while Team Rocket floats up to the surface on top of a Weezing)
