(The scene opens up to the pirate Blackbeard proposing the prisoners of Impel Down a once in a lifetime chance)

Who’s ever left alive gets to see the outside world again; Sailing the sweet seas of freedom as a member of my crew!

(The prisoners cheered as they fight. After the fight to the death, the Blackbeard Pirates rounded up all the survivors. As they were about to leave, Blackbeard sees in a cell one prisoner still alive and waiting to be left out. Burgess was about to let him out of his cell until)

* '''Marshall D. Teach:''' Take the others, but leave that one. (leaves) So he’s still alive, huh. The man they call, The Demon Heir.

(The prisoner’s eyes glowed red)

(2 years later, in a remote hideout)

* '''Buena Festa:''' Wealth, fame, power. Gol Roger, the King of the Pirates, attained this and everything else the world had to offer. And his dying words drove countless men to the seas (voicing Roger),”You want my treasure? You can have it. I left everything gathered together in one place. Now you just have to find it.” (crushes paper) And thus began the time known as the Great Pirate Era. It still haunts me; that was the day that I died. Same as you, am I right? But now, together, we can take our lives back. I, Buena Festa, have happened upon a deep secret: Gol Roger’s hidden treasure is within my grasp. You follow me and you’ll have everything you desire. (A few days later, on the Thousand Sunny, Usopp reads a letter of invatation)

* Usopp: Ahem. (reading note) “''My dearest pirates, hailing from far and wide, you’re cordially invited to the world’s largest banquet; where we shall share a toast between allies and enemies alike. Come as you are, leave as you like, but you don’t want to miss the one and only Pirates Fest. Sincerely, Buena Festa, captain of Festival Pirates”''
* Monkey D. Luffy: IT’S PARTY TIME!!!!!!
* Tony Tony Chopper: WE’RE ALMOST THERE!!!!
* Brook: I’ve heard whispers of this event, but never attended myself. Every few years, the invitations appear quiet suddenly, then it’s off to a world of rare ships, fine cuisine, deadly weapons and secret intel. Every wonder you could dream of gathered together from all corners of the world.
* Franky: Like a pirate black market? I’m down with that.
* Roronoa Zoro: Bet they’ll have some good root beer too.
* Usopp: Also, we have a special event planned this year.
(Suddenly Luffy and Chopper jumps on Usopp’s back)
* Tony Tony Chopper: Oh boy! Is it a treasure hunt?!?!
* Usopp: That it is, my friend. Featuring a lost relic from Gol Roger.
* Monkey D. Luffy: And it’s gonna be ours.
* Monkey D. Luffy, Usopp, and Tony Tony Chopper: This really is the ultimate party!
* Nami: (sighs and look at the Eternal Pose) They sent us this Eternal Pose, but why should I believe it’s leading us to a party and not some elaborate trap? And as for this Gol Roger thing--
* Monkey D. Luffy, Usopp and Tony Tony Chopper: The treasure hunt!?!?!
* Nami: YEAH, IT’S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!!!
* Usopp: She's mad!
* -I'm skeptical myself. Should we even go?
* Skipper: Of course we should, but do you have any idea what this Pirates Fest could mean. Tell 'em Kolwalski.

* Nico Robin:  Buena Festa was the king of all parties; a famous pirate said to hold many dark secrets. His network of merchants and informants would make this festive possible, but it could also be an imposter using his name. The man is long dead after all.
* Franky: A dead man and the Pirate King’s long lost treasure.
