==James and the heroes meet the giant insects in the peach/That's the Life for Me/Bumpy Ride== (As James is inside the giant peach, his realistic human turns into a cartoon as he hears noises coming from inside of the peach) Female voice: Ere, now. Where do you think you're going, Yank? Male voice 1: I'm going stir crazy. I gotta take a look around. Plan our escape from Spiker and Sponge. Male voice 2: Escape? To where? We'll all be squashed, swatted, smooshed! Pooh Bear: Shh. Do you all hear that? Piglet: What was that? Ash Ketchum: It sounds like someone's down there. Simba: I think it's more like something is down there, Ash. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - [Misty shrieks in terror] Misty: Giant bugs in the peach! - - - - - - - - - - '''Mr. Centipede:''' Oh yeah, well listen to this. (Armpit farts the charge song and yells in the megaphone...) Let's get out of here! '''James:''' You mean leave the hill? I can't, the Rhino will get me. '''Earthworm:''' Rhino?! (he hides underneath the glove) Mr. Grasshopper:(see's Misty hiding) Are you all right, miss? (Misty recoils in fear) Ash Ketchum: Sorry about Misty, Mr. Grasshopper. She's really scared. Mr. Grasshopper: Calm yourself, Misty. We bugs mean you no harm. Mr. Centipede: Yeah, take it easy, little lady. We're not gonna bite. Misty: You're not? Mrs Ladybug: Of course not, dearie. We're harmless bugs. Misty: I guess I'll have to go with the flow. Mr. Earthworm: Yes, promise us you'll never squish us? Miss Spider: And, we promise not to hurt you as long as you treat us kindly. Misty: (sighs) All right. I promise. '''Mr. Grasshopper''': (to James) I say, dear boy. I've lived on this miserable hill for decades. There are no rhinoceri here. '''Mr. Centipede''': Except for Sponge. She's twice as big as a rhino, eh kid? (He and James laughs) Misty: Yeah, you're right. Sponge is as big as a rhino. (Laughs) '''Miss Spider''': And twice as dangerous. My life hangs by a thread everyday. Mrs. Ladybug: I've had to send all 300 of me children to safer passages. Mr. Earthworm: (comes out of the glove) Huh! You think hiding in solid rock is fun? James: I can't even remember what fun is. Mr. Centipede: Well that's just 'cause you've been stuck here too long. Listen to me kid. I know a place that'll refresh your memory. (Singing) <poem> Bright lights. Big city. That's where gotta go. Where the food is great and the bugs are so pretty I'd like to get my arms around a hundred or so. I'd hug 'em, squeeze 'em hold 'em tight. Sleep all, day dance all night. I want the bright lights and the big city That's the life for me, yeah That's the life for... Miss Sipder: You little maggot Have you never seen the moon Gliding 'cross the western sky A dead oak tree by the waterside putrid vapors rising </poem> - - - - - - - - - - - - - '''Aunt Sponge''': Where are you hiding, boy? '''Misty''': Oh, no. '''Rabbit''': Not them. '''Mr. Centipede''': Hup! Time to go make a pest of myself. Heh, heh! (climbs up) '''Aunt Sponge''': Look at this place. It's still filthy. '''Aunt Spiker''': Where are you, you detestable worm? '''Earthworm''': Ahh! '''James''': Not you! Me! '''Aunt Sponge''': You better not be near our peach! '''Mrs. Ladybug''': Oh, please! Don't let them spray us! '''Earthworm''': Spray us? They'll see the Yank up there and come after us with a shovel. It happened to my brother. '''James''': How awful. '''Earthworm''': Split him right down the middle. Now I have two half-brothers. '''Mr. Grasshopper''': Shh! They'll hear us. '''Ash Ketchum''': Yeah. You heard Mr. Grasshopper, everyone. Keep it down. (Mr. Centipede climbs out of the peach) '''Aunt Spiker''': Yoo-hoo! Where are you, boy? '''Aunt Sponge''': I think I hear a rhino out here! '''Mr. Centipede''': Ahh! This'll be a snap. '''Aunt Spiker''': (hears a crunching noise) Shh! I really do hear something. (The crunching noise is coming from Mr. Centipede, who is gnawing the giant peach's stem off the tree branch) '''Mr. Centipede:''' (whispers) Timber! (The peach begins to lost balance) '''James:''' What's that? '''Mr. Centipede:''' Fast and your seat belts kids! '''Aunt Sponge and Aunt Spiker''': (screams) The car!! '''James''': We're turning! '''Ash Ketchum''': What's going on? '''Mr. Earthworm''': What have you done? - - - - - - - - -
