== Conversation with Coach Fanelli ==
(The scene changes where Josh, Buddy, Pooh Bear and friends and Coach Fanelli are in the locker room.)

Coach Fanelli: So, that's the famous Air Bud, huh? Amazing dog. (sees Pooh Bear, Ash, Shaggy, Scooby, Pikachu and the others) And you have friends with you too.

Ash Ketchum: Yes, sir. We're friends of Josh and Buddy. Ash Ketchum is my name and Pokemon training is my game.

Pikachu: Pika Pikachu. 

Shaggy Rogers: Like, yep. Shaggy is my name and mystery solving is my game.

Scooby-Doo: Yeah, our game.

Pikachu: Pika Pika.  

(Pikachu climbs onto Coach Fanelli's lap.) 

Coach Fanelli: (kindly) Hey there, little fella. (pets Pikachu) 

Ash Ketchum: This is my Pikachu, Coach Fanelli and he really likes you.  

Coach Fanelli: (chuckling) I can see that, son.  

Ash Ketchum: Pikachu likes meeting new people, however, he can be real hostile to those who cross him and his friends.   

Coach Fanelli: (smiling) I'm not surprised.   

(Scooby leans his head onto Coach Fanelli's lap and Coach Fanelli pets Scooby's head.)  

Shaggy Rogers: Well, how about that. Scooby likes you too.  

Coach Fanelli: I'll say. You two boys have unique pets.  

Pikachu: (blushing) Pika.  

Scooby-Doo: Aww, shucks.  

Winnie the Pooh: That is very kind of you to say that.  

Coach Fanelli: (referring to Buddy) Great form. He reminds me a lot of Fred Biletnikoff.  

Shaggy Rogers: Like, you really think so?  

Coach Fanelli: Yep, except he's better looking than Fred. (to Josh) You all right? You know, you got a great arm on you out there, son. But... It's like you're playing for all the reasons. Football's all about having fun.  

Ash Ketchum: Like I had all the fun, training Pokemon.  

Pikachu: Pika.  

Shaggy Rogers: Yeah, like solving mysteries and catching bad guys are fun too.  

Tigger: Not to mention going on adventures, making new friends and saving the world too.  

Coach Fanelli: Well, there you go, boys. (to Josh) That's got to be the bottom line, Josh. Come on. See ya. (to Pooh Bear and friends) It's nice talking to you, guys.  

Brock: Nice talking to you too, Coach Fanelli.  

(Coach Fanelli leaves the locker room.)  

Shaggy Rogers: Gee, this football coach is a really nice guy, Josh. 

Josh Framm: He sure is, Shaggy. 

Ash Ketchum: I'm so glad he's nothing like that former basketball coach Joe Barker. 

Tigger: Yep, Coach Barker wasn't a very nice guy. 

Pikachu: Pikachu.  

Rabbit: Yes, it was a good thing Coach Barker got fired because of his actions. Arthur Chaney was an excellent replacement. And the good thing was like when Larry was out of the team since he was a rude young man.  

Josh Framm: (to Buddy) I know you want to play on the team, boy. But you just can't, you know? "Cause football's is not like basketball. "Cause you might get hurt, and I don't want you to get hurt, do I? And you got to wear equipment and a helmet. I know it's not fair.
