*Yru17 originally planned to re-edit a separate SpongeBob SquarePants crossover with A Christmas Story with no villain guest stars (due to Scut Farkus and Grover Dill, the real film's main antagonists, just being young bullies), but he retired from re-editing anymore crossovers for personal reasons, so SpongeBob and his friends ended up guest starring in Yakko Warner's remastered remake version of this film instead.
*Due to the real film's language and content, this film is censored. For instance, words like "damn", "hell", "bitch", "son of a bitch" (including "sons of bitches"), "smart ass", "s**t", "s*x", and the uses of God's name in vain are replaced with words like "darn", "heck", "jerk", "son of a gun", "sons of guns", "smart boy", "shoot", "love", and "gosh", the slang use of "fudge" is replaced by a censor bleep sound effect (with adult Ralphie pointing out "Only I didn't sound like a beep..." instead of "Only I didn't say 'fudge'..."), adult Ralphie also says "The entire neighborhood was distracted.' instead of "The entire neighborhood was turned on." (due to a reference to innuendo), and the violence, mild innuendo (such as the bits where Ralphie touches a leg lamp), a brief wine drinking bit (due to alcohol uses), and some other content are censored.
