*SuperKitaroShinX originally planned to do this film as Winnie the Pooh/Shin Chan mixed crossover entitled ''Pooh and Shin Chan's Adventures of 101 Dalmatians II: Patch's London Adventure'', which would be a sequel to both ''[[Pooh's Adventures of 101 Dalmatians (1961)]]'' and the now-cancelled ''Shin Chan's Adventures of 101 Dalmatians'', but he retired from making anymore Pooh's Adventures crossovers and canceled the Shin Chan's Adventures series due to copyright claims and problems with his Windows Movie Maker, so this film ended up being a solo Winnie the Pooh crossover made by Daniel Esposito and Tigerman531 instead.
