• Ash: Who are you?!
• Black Cat: you may Call me....The Black Cat (Kisses his Cheek while he's unconscious).
• Dave Mallow (Narrator): as the Mysterious Black Cat appears It is a Deadly Game between Cat and Mouse for Ash and Spidey.
• Dave Mallow (Narrator): Meanwhile, Bowser Jr. and Azula take Advantage and sends the Savaging Katastrophe Monster to finish the Job.
• Katastrophe Monster: I'm no longer connected to that Katherine Hillard wimp, which reminds me that we have unfinished business.
• Tommy Oliver: We'll see about that.

Prologue: Aisling and Spider-Man Talk (Featuring a Stan Lee' Narration Cameo)

• Stan Lee (Narrating): Welcome Back, True Believers. Stan Lee here to bring you yet another scintillating tale of super-hero daring-do. Now it appears that trouble has found our arachnid hero and Our Friendly Neighborhood Rebels yet again. So get ready for a pulse-pounding, web-slinging and Morphinominal tale of Shocking Revelations in a Deadly Game of Cat and Mice.
• Aisling (Mew Form) (OS): And that's How it Happened Peter.
• Spider-Man: I understand what happened to your Sister and Ahsoka, but for Ash to fall in love with a Villainess, seems crazy.
• Aisling (Mew Form): Yeah Well, You know what I think of his secret crushes, they bring nothing but Troubles and Misfortunes.
• Aisling (Mew Form): But what Grimhilde has done is unforgivable, especially when she dared to steal one of the monsters our Predecessors faced, long before Andros and the Space Rangers came to their aid, now she's in Dimensional Limbo where she belongs.
• Spider-Man: Hey Ais, have you heard of Anastasia Hardy?
• Aisling (Mew Form): The Head of the Hardy Foundation?, yeah Lilie told me about it at School once, told me that her Daughter will come to Angel Grove, to talk about an alliance with Mrs. Hardy. Lusamine and the Aether Foundation.
• Spider-Man: Yes, Felicia is also Ash's cousin not to mention A classmate at Empire State University.
• Aisling (Mew Form): What!?
• Mario (Gummiphone): As you hear it, Bambina, surely she knows that Hotaru is alive.
• Aisling (Mew Form): Even so, with enough problems we are having with Bowser Jr. and Azula, by the way how is the Progress with the Seedrian?

(Aisling Flies heading Back to the Power Chamber)

(Fades to Black cue to intro)

An Unexpected Reunion

• Ash: She'll Gonna Drive me Crazy.
• Tai Kamiya: Blonde, Billionaire, Beautiful, and is Peter's classmate at Midtown High School.
• Sophocles: Especially the Billionaire Part, imagine that you hit the Jackpot,
• Moonlight Shimmer: at least look on the bright side, she's less obsessive and vain than Grimhilde.
• Aisling: Still, if the Hardy Foundation wants to join the Aether Foundation, that's what I've heard Anastasia Hardy had an Unpleasant Encounter with Robotnik and Doc Ock a while ago.
• Justin Stewart: not to mention the Kingpin, that guy is the kind of villain that Bowser and Eggman wouldn't want to make deals with, since the existence of John Hardesky was revealed.
• Sora Takenouchi: John Hardesky?, the Cat?
• Aisling: A Line of Vigilance and Patrol will have to be maintained, at least until the situation calms down after what happened with Ultron, the Sinister Six and Oscorp, Last Night.
• Moonlight Shimmer: Indeed, There are going to be pretty diabolic problems.

(Scene: Koopa Castle in Bandora Palace)

• Moonlight Shimmer (OS): and The New United Alliance of Evil, especially Bowser and Queen Beryl, are Experts in Causing Mayhem.
• Bowser: Very perceptive, just like her Father.
• Bowser: Although I am still sick from my injuries, this will get even more interesting.
• Dr. Eggman: Anastasia Hardy, that nosy Witch, compared to Lusamine she must learn not to stick her nose where she shouldn't.

Felicia's Transformation

(Scream of Fright enters into potion as a ghostly apparition screams) A Blast of Wind to fan my love. A Thunderbolt (thunder strikes) to mix it well. Now to make sure this transformation isn't permanent, I'll use this Oscorp tech to make this potion enhanced with the Super Soldier formula from Stark Tech so I can transform from what I turn into and back. (Felicia does so)
• Frenchy: 11 Minutes Later...

(machine dings)

• Felica: (takes potion out) Perfect. Well, here goes nothing. Here's to you, cousin Ash. (drinks potion, thinking to herself) Funny. I thought for sure that.... (gasps, moans as she transforms, her hair becomes white) (sees her hands) Look! My hands! (Voice changes) My voice! (moans) My voice! (breaths hard, looks in the mirror) Wow! Look at me. (stares as she turns) Yes. I feel so alive. So energetic. So sexy. My body is beautiful. Now, let's see if new feature works. (transforms back) Yes! It worked! Boogums, now I can help Ash as Felicia Hardy and the 100 Acre Wood Rebel Alliance as (transforms) the Black Cat. Either way, I can't avoid hurting somebody. Time for the Ultimate Test: seeing how strong I am. (sees Spider-Man web slinging) And I think I know a way.

First Encounter under the Moonlight.

(Spider-Man hears an alarm.)

• Spider-Man: "Well, that's not exactly what I had in mind for tonight, but I guess I should respond."

(Spider-Sense Tingling)

• Spider-Man: my Spider-Sense!
• Black Cat (OS): "I knew knew you would come, Spider."
• Spider-Man (OS): "Who are you?!"
• Black Cat: "Just a stray Black Cat."
• Spider-Man: "You're definitely getting enough vitamins!

(Spider-Man throws Black Cat but she does a flip in the air and lands on her feet.)

• Black Cat: "Silly Spider, cats always land on their feet."

(Spider-Man captures Black Cat in webbing.)

• Black Cat: "Hey, I was just being curious. I wanted to see if I was as strong as you."
• Spider-Man: "Well, you know what they say about curiosity."
• Black Cat: "Indeed. I also know the value of surprise!"

(Black Cat uses sleeping gas on Spider-Man which knocks him out.)

• Black Cat: "Sorry, Spider. I want to know just who's behind your mask."

(Fades to Black cue to Commercial Break)

(Black Cat begins to remove Spider-Man's mask but stops herself.)

• Black Cat: "No, this isn't what I want after all. It'll be far more rewarding when you take the mask off for me willingly."
• Aisling (OS): HEY!

(She sees Aisling as the Magna Defender)

• Aisling: If you're looking for a date, I'm afraid you've picked the wrong time.
• Black Cat: So you're the Masked Bull that Grimhilde has you on her Blacklist.
• Aisling: To you, I'm the Magna Defender, I don't know what the reason for your visit is, You're obviously new at this, so I'm willing to go easy on you. Provided you give back the loot and never even think about doing this again, Deal?.
• Black Cat: I'm sorry to disappoint you, but I don't think so.
• Aisling: This is your last warning!.

(they Begin to Fight until The Police Sirens Sounds)

• Black Cat: I'm afraid our meeting is postponed, Magna Defender.
• Black Cat: But Say this Message to your Friend, the Ultra Guardian Blue, Ash Ketchum, tell him I'll be waiting for a "Chat", courtesy of the Black Cat.
• Aisling: In your Dreams, Alley Cat!.

(Black Cat jumps off the roof)

• Aisling: WAIT!.
• Aisling:(OS) Her Agility is impressive, considering it would make Kimberly and Mina Jealous.
• Aisling: (Sigh), Just what we Need another Crazy Vigilante in love with Ash, when this nonsense ever stops?.

(Spider-Man Wakes Up)

• Aisling (to Spider-Man): Peter, are you Alright?
• Spider-Man: I'm Fine, Ais, Where is that Feline Girl?
• Aisling: She's Gone, she had taken advantage., while she'll have knocked you out with that gas.
• Spider-Man: Whoever that woman was she gives new meaning to the word 'knockout'."
• Aisling: There will be time for that, we have to get out of here, Cops are near.

(Spider-Man and Aisling got out of the Building while one of the Probe Droids watched everything)

(Scene: Power Chamber)

• Tai Kamiya: Haven't seen her around, is she New in Town?.

(Fades to Black cue to Commercial Break)

Who is the Black Cat?

(Scene: Power Chamber/Splinter's Dojo)

• Mario: Could she have been an old opponent in a new disguise? Perhaps Catwoman.
• Mewtwo (OS): No, even Selina Kyle has more regard for human life.
• Mewtwo: This is someone entirely new and unexpected, Mario.
• Aisling: indeed The last thing Angel Grove needs is another vigilante running amuck on the Streets.
• Luigi: As they say on the streets, "I ain't touching that one."
• Aisling: The point is, she begins links to Ash and Peter. and Why?
• Aisling: What does she have planned? How far will she go?, I Don't Trust Her at All, despite she's a Cat Burglar with Sly Cooper and Carmen Sandiego Complex.
• Master Splinter: Do be careful my Child. Remember, there are many species in which the female... is deadlier than the male.

(Scene: Angel Grove Youth Center)

• Ash (OS): the Black Cat?
• Aisling: That's right, I don't know who she is, but with that strength and agility, she would almost finish Parker off in one fell swoop.
• Aisling: and apparently has you in her sights.
• Ash: Me?
• Aisling: I Know this sounds Weird, But you should be careful with her.
• Ash: Why?
• Aisling: I've Got my Reasons and my my Suspicions.
