After listening to a story about The Flying Dutchman, SpongeBob gets scared of anything Halloween-releated outside and claims that he's tired of being scared of anything every Halloween, so he decides to scare everyone in Bikini Bottom on Halloween with the help of Littlefoot, and Patrick.
