Dark Specter, the Grand Monarch of Evil

Dark Specter, also known throughout the universe as the "Grand Monarch of Evil", is the head of the United Alliance of Evil and one of the main antagonists in Power Rangers in Space.

He is currently revived in modern times thanks to the help of his wife, Queen Beryl, and Stepchildren, Bowser Koopa and Dragaunus, serving them as warlord and figurehead king of The New United Alliance of Evil.
