Charmander
Charmander is a Fire-type Pokémon introduced in Generation I Pokémon. It evolves into Charmeleon and evolves into Charizard. Along with Bulbasaur and Squirtle, Charmander is one of the three starter Pokémon of the Kanto Region.
Pokémon: The Beginnings edit
In the anime, Ash Ketchum took care of a Charmander after it was abandoned by its repulsive trainer after he said he will return for it. After a while it evolved into a Charmeleon and then into a Charizard.

- Charmander will become Tino Tonitini's very first Pokémon in the near future. It is unknown when will Charmander evolve into Charmeleon.
- Liam previously had Charmander as his starter, before it evolved into a Charmeleon.
- Robbie Diaz owns a Charmander that evolved from Charmeleon and Charizard, who can Mega Evolve.
- Ryan Freestar owns a Charmander nicknamed "Liam Jr." and he involved into a Charmeleon.
