With the threat of Perfect Chaos defeated, Tikal and Chaos lifting off to who-knows where, and all the Chaos Emeralds safe and sound in possession of the 100 Acre Wood Rebel Alliance, the city of Angel Grove can now recuperate. But, a new supernatural threat arrives to stop them: the Gentleman Ghost! And aiding him is the spirit of a familiar foe from Sora's Power Ranger past: Dai Shi!
