== Plot ==
Part 1: [[Bowser]], [[Hades]], and [[Queen Beryl]] begins a ceremony which will release all of [[the Titans]] and the [[Great Devourer]] and a huge army of villains from the [[Underworld]] to Angel Grove using [[the Chaos Emeralds]] as their energy source. The Rangers and the Emerald Searchers are forced to evacuate everyone from the city as a result of the attack, but the Rangers and The Emerald Searchers later become trapped in a fight against Queen Beryl and Bowser's favorite monsters. But the Sailor Scouts retrieved the Chaos Emeralds from their clutches. But Bowser has a new trick up his claws.

Part 2: After being summoned, Lokar fuses Bowser with the Titans into Bowser Titan and sets a rampage to the city. Sonic, Shadow, Cosmo, Ninjor, The Rangers and Hercules, destroy Bowser Titan and lock them up on Dimension X, Leaving the Rest of the Villains, Behind bars in Arkham Asylum. Restoring the city, the Rangers and the Searchers put the Emeralds back into the stone and the villagers are brought back to life.
