* (Jiminy was seen at the top of a lamppost while shooing away the moths and looks down)
* Jiminy Cricket: Well, looks like a sellout.
* Stromboli: Introducing the only marionette who can sing and dance absolutely without the aids of strings. (murmurs) I hope so. (speaking Italian) The one and only Pinocchio!
* (Audience applause)
* Jiminy Cricket: Hmm. What a buildup.
* (Fanfare music is playing as Stromboli conducts)
* (The curtains opened and we see a background of a castle and soldier marionettes were seeing playing the trumpets in fanfare music to present Pinocchio)
* (Audience claps)
* (I've Got No String music plays)
* Pinocchio: (singing) I got no strings to hold me....
* (But then falls down and his face fell to the floor while the audience laughed)
* Jiminy Cricket: Go ahead, make a fool of yourself! Then maybe you'll listen to your conscience.
* (Stromboli gives a frustrated and high-pitched squealing and slammed off the wooden plank of Pinocchio's face and began to burst mad while speaking Italian to Pinocchio but then stops to remember he's in front of the audience)
* Stromboli: (chuckling) Cute kid. (speaking Italian and acting nice and then chuckled)

* (Pinocchio watches fascinated while getting butted by two of the marionettes and then gets bumped into between two again. Then the marionette were pulled up and the background changed again)

* (Then more French women marionette came and danced. Jiminy looks down and gives "Whoa" look, while the Marionettes continued to dance till the music stops. Then the background changed again.)

* (Then Cossack marionettes come in and danced)  '''Cossack marionettes:''' Hey! (music plays) Hey! (as the music plays Pinocchio becomes fascinated) Hey! (music plays; then Pinocchio tries to dance along)  Hey!  (music plays; Pinocchio taps his left leg and dances along) Hey! (spun around) Hey! (spun around as Pinocchio spun along) Hey!  
*'''Pinocchio:''' Hey! (gets tied up with the Cossack Marionettes)  There are no strings on me
* (Audience laughed and then cheered as they tossed out money on the stage)
* Jiminy Cricket: Hmm. They like him. He's a success. Gosh! Maybe I was wrong.
* (Stromboli was on stage with Pinocchio bowing to the audience and blew a thank you kiss and pats Pinocchio's head gently and blew out more kisses.)
* (Jiminy was seen leaving while looking back)
* Jiminy Cricket: Well, guess he won't need me anymore. What does an actor want with a conscience anyway?

(Meanwhile, it is raining at night. Ash and the gang are waiting patiently for Pinocchio and Jiminy to return home. But Geppetto starts to become worried)

*Ash Ketchum: Need help finding him, Geppetto? We can send our flying-type Pokémon out to search for him.
*Geppetto: No, don't worry, I'll be fine. (To Figaro) And remember, nobody eats a bite until I find him.
*Ash Ketchum: Yes sir.
*(Cleo nods to confirm she won't eat a bite. Geppetto heads out the door to find Pinocchio. Figaro is about eat his food but, Misty stops Figaro.)
*Misty: Uh-uh, Figaro. Geppetto says you can't eat your food until Pinocchio is found.
*(Cleo shakes her head in agreement, Figaro pouts in anger.)
