In ''[[Pooh's Adventures of Casper Meets Wendy]]'', Ash formed a brother sister like bond with Wendy. Wendy is fond of Ash's Pikachu and gave him a ride on her broom while escaping from Jules and Vincent, having fun with Casper, and leaving Sunny Brite Resort. Ash was deeply appalled by the way Wendy's aunts treated her, and he got really mad at them after the dance. Ash defended Wendy from an arrogant rude boy named Josh Jackman and an evil warlock named Desmond Spellman. After Desmond's defeat, Wendy was amazed by Ash's bravery and heroism.
