===[[Teen Titans]]:===
Ash formed a friendship with the Teen Titans. He would help them defeat their arch-enemy Slade and all of the other villains. Since Ash has helped them so much, they see in him that he has the heart and soul of a Teen Titan. They even gave him a communicator so he could give them a call whenever he's in trouble and needs their help, or whenever they're in trouble and they need his help. Ash would often tell the Teen Titans stories about his past adventures, which they grew very fond of hearing. After their conflict with Terra the Titans admitted to Ash that his friend Serena is a wonderful pacifist when it comes to drastic situations, and that he's so lucky to have someone like her. After hearing Ash's speech about Serena and Terra's heroism to Raven, Robin was deeply impressed with his wisdom and realized that Ash was wiser than he thought.
====[[Robin (Dick Grayson)]]:====
Ash formed a brotherly bond with Robin since they're both leaders. Ash would sometimes assist Robin in the most dangerous missions, which he doesn't seem to mind at all. When Ash tells stories about his past adventures, his heroism in those stories intrigued Robin very much to the point that  he saw something very special in him. Prior to the conflict with Terra, Ash received the communicator from Robin for helping the Titans so much in the past. However, he was also told by him to always remember that using it should not to be taken lightly. Possessing the Titans' communicator is a lot of responsibility and it'll only make good use for whenever there is trouble. He then told him to only use it when he’s in trouble or when him and his team are in trouble. With that, Ash understood and promised to take good care of the communicator.
====[[Starfire]]:====
Ash formed a friendship with Starfire. Ash really loves hearing stories about Planet Tamaran from Starfire while she loves hearing his stories about his past adventures. She is really fond of Ash's Pikachu. At one point, he was angered when Starfire was mistreated by an alien named Val-Yor. Because he learned from her that whenever he called her, "Troq," he said that she's worthless and inferior. For it had become clear to Ash that Val-Yor hates Tameranians including Starfire. So, in an act of friendship, he, along with everyone else, stood up for Starfire and told Val-Yor to back off.
====[[Cyborg]]:====
Ash formed a brotherly bond with Cyborg. He enjoys hearing Cyborg's catchphrase, "Boo-yah!" for it makes him laugh. After hearing his tragic story about how he became part robot, how he was pushed out of social life, and how he never got to finish high school and live a normal human life because of his appearance, Ash felt sympathetic towards him. Ash then humbly told Cyborg that while he may be mostly half robot on the outside, on the inside is where he’s mostly human. Whenever Ash tells stories about his past adventures, Cyborg felt amazed at all the journeys Ash went through.
====[[Beast Boy]]:====
Ash formed a brotherly bond with Beast Boy. Although he is not fond of his corny jokes, Ash is really impressed with Beast Boy's ability to change into all kinds of animals. Beast Boy is also impressed with Ash's Pikachu shocking the bad guys. When Ash learned about how he was treated unfairly by Mento, the leader of the Doom Patrol, he felt sorry for him. Ash comforted him and told him that sometimes parents like Mento don't understand what their children are capable of. He then told him that in order to earn Mento's appreciation and acceptance for what is he, he needed to show him how to find better ways to be a hero as long as he believes in himself. He is also fond of hearing Ash tell stories about his past adventures. Ash, along with Serena, become worried about Beast Boy when he was struggling to get Terra, who was revived from her petrification, to return to the team, but had no memory of everything she'd gone through: her powers, having friends, and her experience with Slade. After the girl left Beast Boy one last time, both Ash and Serena went up to him, comforted him, and talked to him themselves like the good older brother and sister figure they are. They tell him that while they understand that growing up, letting go of the past, and change is hard and it will hurt, embracing the future and living a happy life with the people they love is something that'll never change.
====[[Raven]]:====
Raven is good friends with Ash. Despite her sarcastic attitude, she cares very deeply about him and his friends. She appears to enjoy hearing Ash's stories about his past adventures, for his heroism in those stories has impressed her immensely.

In the aftermath of Slade's conquest with Terra, Raven never wanted to admit that she felt responsible for causing Serena's depression over Terra's death due to her lack of trust in her. Ash would then remind her of the moment she, her team, and everyone else witnessed Serena shedding tears and how sad she felt during her final confrontation with Terra. He even reminded her about how she admitted to Serena that she was wrong about Terra being truly evil and being a liar as well as a spy. He then pointed out that if it hadn't of been for Serena, it would've taken everyone who doubted her too long to realize how strong her friendship was with Terra. He also explains that if it hadn't of been for both Serena and Terra, the city would've been destroyed by Slade and she and her teammates would've been goners. He believed that they deserve a lot of praise for being heroes and saving the day, and that they have every right to receive that kind of honor more than anyone else and that Raven that she should've known that by now. After hearing Ash's speech, Raven realized that he did make a good point and finally admitted that she and her teammates had indeed went overboard with their thirst for vengeance. To make things better for Terra, she went along with Ash's plan in building a memorial site so that everyone could remember Terra and miss her together.

Later on, she felt regret for accidentally hurting Ash while lashing out at her friends who’d tried to throw her a party on her birthday. She even overheard him question her behavior from outside their room but didn't bother to but it on their talk. It's most likely because of her regret for hurting him during her outburst, she fears that Ash might not forgive her after that. But later that same night, Raven was attacked by the newly revived Slade and, using his newfound demon powers, he delivered a horrifying message by burning red markings onto her skin and showed her a bleak vision of the future. Luckily, Robin, Tino, and Ash saved her in time. With Raven safe, she atoned her misdeeds as she healed Ash's injuries and apologized for hurting him. Eventually, Ash forgives her and tells her to let bygones be bygones before the boys escort her home. Soon, the gang threw her another party for her, but this time, she calmly agrees to celebrate it, much to their happiness and relief. Before celebrating, Tino, Ash and Robin tell Raven they'll protect her from Slade the next time he attacks her again. Sometime after, the gang began to do research on the strange symbol Slade had on his head. However, Robin started to become worried about Raven's strange behavior and asked Ash and Tino to go spy on her and see what she was up to. They managed to do so and learned that she was desperately hoping to seek help from her mother, Arella, in Azarath. Ash and Tino were both deeply horrified when they discovered that Azarath had been destroyed and Arella, along with all of the denizens, had perished at the hands of Raven's evil demonic father Trigon. Shortly after returning to the old library, they found Raven brutally beating up Slade right after saving Tino's gang and the remaining Titans. Just when she was about to finish him off Ash and Tino quickly restrained her and told her to stop, calming her down in the process. It went to show that Ash and Tino are some of the few people that can easily handle Raven with no difficulty, and that they don't seem to fear her losing her cool at all. Soon after, Raven learned about her dark destiny to become the portal which would allow Trigon to enter Earth and destroy it. After hearing her tragic story and learning what Trigon did, Ash swore to protect Raven at any cost. After Raven became the portal and her evil father destroyed the world Ash, while barely surviving, didn't believe that Raven was gone forever. He discovered from Slade that Raven was still alive, but that her human side was being held prisoner in Trigon's underworld. Not wanting to let his close friend be doomed to oblivion, Ash went with Robin, Tino, Sunset, Shido, and Slade to rescue Raven from Trigon's prison. During the final battle with Trigon, Ash saved Raven from being killed by his powerful blasts. He then gave Raven an inspirational speech about families staying together through impossible odds, and that he was willing to give up his own life for her. With that, Raven gained the courage to step out of her father's shadow and destroy him once and for all. Afterwards, Raven healed Ash and thanked him for saving her life as well as giving her the strength to stop Trigon for good. Soon after, Raven came to view Ash as a more valuable and honorable friend.
