Ash at first trusted Mysterio and thought of him as a reliable ally but when Mysterio's true colors are revealed, and his lies get exposed all the trust and admiration Ash had for him disappeared turning to strong dislike. But when Mysterio framed the MCU Spider-Man for his crimes, exposed his secret identity to the whole world, ruined Peter's life out of pure spite which lead to the Multiverse Mishap which lead to Aunt May's death and Peter sacrificing everyone's memories of him, including Parker's friends and loved ones, Ash's strong dislike turned to burning hatred for Mysterio for what he did to the MCU Spider-Man. When Ash learned that Mysterio was brought back to life by the New United Alliance of Evil and Dr. Facilier, he became dead surious on making Mysterio pay for his actions and crimes against Peter that he was willing to kill him, but his friends managed to talk him out of doing it and brought him back to his senses.
