Ash and his friends (along with Scooby-Doo, Bugs Bunny, and their friends) have become members of the Rescue Aid Society in New York City and they teamed up with two mice named Bernard and Bianca to rescue an orphan little girl named Penny from an evil woman named Madame Medusa, who Wile E. Coyote, Elmer Fudd, Yosemite Sam, Marvin The Martian, Jessie, James, and Meowth of Team Rocket, and The Crime Empire work for.
