==Plot==
Discharged from Arkham Asylum, Harley Quinn tries to lead a sane, normal life. Sadly, she just can't seem to stay out of trouble, and when a misunderstanding occurs, she makes the situation worse by stealing Bruce Wayne's car and kidnapping his girlfriend Veronica Vreeland. This ignites a screwball hot pursuit mystery that not only involves Pooh, Ash, Tai, Skipper Tommy, Batman, Robin and the Rest of the Gang, but the G.C.P.D., U.S Army General Vreeland, and a mob of gangsters led by Fat Cat as well.

At the same time, Kathy Duquesne returns to Gotham, now with a new dedication to helping the city to repair the damages done to the city by her father in her time working with Rupert Thorne and Oswald Cobblepot. Noticing that Batman and company find themselves stretched thin, Kathy redons the mask of Batwoman and joins the team to solve the mystery surrounding Harley Quinn and the mob.
